Best Western Inn & Suites Lemoore - Hotel in Lemoore - 820 E Bush St, USA

Rooms are clean and renovated. All floor no carpet. There's BUT, beds are weird. They are wirey and lumpy. They make a metal noise whenever you move. It's annoying. BUT breakfast is good. Can't complain about the breakfast.

Our two queen size beds room was perfect for our family. The room was clean and the staff did a great job cleaning it every day. The beds were comfortable and the 8 pillows were great to let you choose which works best for sleeping. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items as well as sweet and savory items so everyone was able to find something to fill up on at breakfast. The pool was nice and the front desk was great about handing out pool towels. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast room. Fitness room is a little small but has decent equipment and still works great. The room I was in had a mini fridge with separate freezer which always is helpful when on the road for work. Plenty of parking and friendly and helpful staff.

I've been staying at this hotel every month while I work in town since 2019. Everyone I've met has been very friendly and professional. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and there are options for everyone. ||

This is not about the extra charge for vaping or any other incidentals. These charges, along with any other expenses, have been paid in full and are not in question or being disputed. I want to address the fact that I was charged for two rooms that I didn't reserve or use, leading to a lot of frustration and inconvenience. Despite explaining the situation, my concerns were not properly addressed, forcing me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. As a single parent on a tight budget, this unexpected financial burden was distressing. I chose your hotel as a halfway point to visit my son at UC Davis, but this incident has made me question that decision as the total charge for 2 rooms has exceeded $1,000. Additionally, I'd like to highlight some other aspects, such as the safety concerns in the area, with a previous incident involving over 30 rounds of gunfire at the hotel at 3am damaging guests cars and striking the guest rooms added to my unease. There was also a shooting that night we stayed in Lemoore again. Furthermore, the extreme weather conditions with temperatures soaring up to 114°F and humidity at 76% made the stay even more uncomfortable. It's worth noting that the lack of shaded parking and a small pool without umbrellas or trees for shade also impacted our overall experience negatively. Prioritizing customer experience, safety, and comfort should cone first. My impression of your hotel and whether I would consider staying again largely depends on how this matter is handled moving forward.

I stayed in room #101. Overall the room was comfortable. However, the gap around the door let cold air & some road noise into the room.
