Best Western Hermiston Inn - Hotel in Hermiston - 2255 S Hwy 395, USA

Customer service was amazing at check-in. They had popcorn and cookies. Love that my daughter loves that love the fact that when you’re an elite member you get waters. Also breakfast is on site. You also get a drink voucher for Denny’s either alcohol wine or beer checkouts not till 11 breakfast is your usual bacon, eggs, hashbrowns toast, coffee juice, milk, cereal, fruit, and muffins. This is my go to every time I go to Hermiston, love the customer service I get from Danny Christine Alisha, Bridget all go above and beyond

After a disasterous 2 night stay in baker city we came here exhausted and dirty. Alicia checked us in and was a doll. She was kind and sweet and knows her job. Since we were so tired we asked for and received a room on the lower level as there is no elevator. She put us near an exit for easy loading in and out. When saw our room we felt elated and grateful. Best is clean comfy and felt like heaven. Sandra the head of house keeping even took us into the room. Theres 2 tvs and a small couch section. My word and two sinks one in the bathroom and one out so my husband and i can get ready together apart. Its a lot of work keeping rooms like this spotless and sandra does it with a smile. Both of those ladies need a special commendation for their kindness and incredible work. This hotel is everything you want in a hotel. Clean quiet peaceful with an excellent location next to a dennys. They offer a wine or beer at the local lounge which is a nice treat. Stay here and be nice to alicia and sandra for their kindnesses. Its worth every penny and then some!!

Nice place to stay. Price was fair. This why the 4 * review. They didn't seem to have a breakfast or offer us one but it says they should have had one. We ate at Haley tavern up the road 5* . We where in town early so tried to check in & even though our room was ready they would have charged us an extra $20 for eRly check in. So we waited.

Positive: Room was nicely updated and the staff were nice. Breakfast had a nice variety. They gave a discount coupon for the Dennys next door Negative: Floor tile grout needed cleaning in the restroom. Entire hotel is overdue for a full renovation. Many items are worn out and/or outdated. Upon check in front desk staff didn't mention breakfast, the exercise room or even the fresh baked cookies sitting on the counter in brown paper bags. This place is out of town a little bit so bring your snacks etc with you. Bathroom was tiny, had dried urine and hair on the toilet and hair in the shower as well. Very small TV and the A/C blew semi cool air, definitely not cold. Fridge was large and there seemed to be a lack of pillows.

Hotel room was nice and clean. I always judge a room by how clean the corners are in a room; if they skip the corners they're probably skipping other things too. This room had clean corners, the tub smelled clean like light bleach, fridge was clean and empty.

Location for us was great. Needed access to County Bldg. Also, close to freeway for access to Pendleton.||Very clean property. Nice to have Denny's next door!

It’s a great place to stay and all the employees are super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place and the Denny’s has very good food as well.
