Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites - Hotel in Cheektowaga - 601 Dingens St, USA

A great hotel for the reasonable price we paid. The breakfast had many options including 2 meats, scrambled eggs and many cereals, pancakes and bread. It was delicious. The room was clean and overall comfortable. The front desk clerk was friendly, helpful and always smiling. I would definitely stay here again!

Reading the reviews I was nervous but we booked two rooms and it was nothing like I read. Rooms were smaller then others we've had but everywhere is different. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good plenty of choices of food and drinks. The breakfast area was crammed but you work with what you have available. It was appreciated and it was good food. No one bothered us throughout our stay it was quiet. I could have done without the windows in the room I could see shadows as people walked by. The staff was friendly. If you're looking to spend time in the hotel room and not leave to explore you may get bored and start picking it apart. If your looking for somewhere to sleep eat and get ready for your day then this is a great place. It is kid friendly and I would stay again.

We pulled in at midnight and there was a party going on in the parking lot. Come to find out, there is a loud, bassy club next door and a seedy looking hotel at the other end. Now I know to look at the other businesses around a hotel when I book.|There were all night partiers above us yelling “OOHHHHHHH!” at consistent enough intervals to keep my husband awake all night. Added up, he got about 2 hours of sleep.|The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Unmistakable.|There were holes in the ceiling that had been patched and painted. All the paint was peeling and hanging from the ceiling.|There were four people in our room and we got ONE towel. Didn’t bother asking for more. We just used the beach towels we had with us. When a hotel is this poorly maintained, service probably won’t be fast when asking for more of something. But I’m speculating.|Overall, don’t stay here unless you want to stay up clubbing in your room all night after the place next door closes for the night. I’m mad we paid $200 for this hole.

Have been here before and while we enjoyed it then, things are much better now. Recent renovations are obvious. Friendly courteous staff, nice rooms and many conveniences. Very nice swimming pool was enjoyable on a very warm day. Conveniently located near a major highway and a great value for the price. We will stay here again on our next trip to Buffalo.

I've stayed here at the Dingens location. Never a problem. This time, dog non stop barking on the premises. Rugs was disgusting, sofa chair looked like someone peed on it. And it was a run for checkout when I was given extended time at least an hour. Not staying there again. No thanks!! Oh, and way more expensive!!

The lady was very nice in at the front desk. But I have to warn others about the bed bug issue. I started itching and developed about 18 bug bites all over my arms and legs after I left.

This is the most disgusting best western I have ever been to. The bathroom was not mopped for I don't know how long. Pee drops all around the toilet. The shower had some rust strain and the attempted repairs of the bathroom looked like it had been done by a child. The mattress are super old and coming apart so much so that you cannot see what their original colour was. The sheets were not washed. The towels were stained. So disgusted that I will never stay at best western ever again. Eww.

Positive: Location was good. The staff were polite and professional. Negative: The hotel in general is very dated and looks quite old. The room while clean was not particularly well equipped. It didn?t have a microwave or a decent sized fridge. There also were not enough towels for 4 people. The breakfast options were limited.
