Best Western Franklin Inn - Hotel in Franklin - 1308 Murfreesboro Rd, USA

The room was clean. Not sure if it was quiet because it is really quiet or just because the building seemed mostly empty. I had reserved an accessible room with a bathtub. This room was neither accessible nor equipped with a tub. Fine. Too tired to complain. Went to shower and had shampoo that sort of came out okay. No conditioner even on offer. Shower gel was empty and the holder fell off the wall when I touched it. Won't bother to return to this location.

This hotel is the best quality hotel for the price in the area. Easy access to amenities like restaurants, Starbucks, medical center, and shopping. Beds were very comfortable. i have stayed here numerous times over the last few years and have never had any issues. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is an older hotel whereby you park in front of your room. A lot of times these older units are quite noisy but we were pleasantly surprised. Check in was without any hassle and staff were more than courteous. The room was clean and while this hotel is older, as stated, our room had been completely updated with new furnishings, flooring, paint, etc. This was a very nice place to stay. The breakfast had nice cold and hot options. I would not hesitate to stay here again, especially considering the price.

We stayed at this clean, updated and friendly Best Western located in Franklin,just blocks from I-65, on our trip from Wisconsin to the Gulf Shore since it was listed as RV friendly. ||It was perfect with plenty of room to park our RV, served nutritious and tasty breakfast and the rooms were recently renovated. The bed was super comfortable. |There is a roomy fridge in the room. |Well done!!

Positive: They must have remodeled or renovated this place. Stayed here several years ago and it looks much better now. Easy access off I65, modern rooms. Negative: TVs in room are not HD and you have to walk outside through the parking lot to access lobby/breakfast.

A great stop over place when travelling. We stayed as part of travelling back to Canada. We enjoyed the stay with the hotel. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep which important when driving long distances.

Rooms were on the small side but very clean and up to date for the most part our room was a shower only and my 2 year old nephew was with us and will only take a bath. Breakfast was very nice and fresh, staff was very friendly and very accommodating to a cancellation of our remainder stay in order to help us receive a partial refund from our 3rd party booking agency.

It's very quiet for it to be as soon as you get off the interstate, and it's located around everything. The parking lot and playground were clean. The rooms were so comfortable and the beds. The only issues were the TV service and TV upgrade.
