Best Western Firestone Inn & Suites - Hotel in Longmont - 11228 Business Park Cir, USA

This hotel is not fancy, but it was super clean and in a very convenient location. The pool and spa area was also extremely clean and well-maintained. I had a couple of odd requests for the staff, and they cheerfully obliged! The bed was comfy and they provided a selection of pillows of varying density so I had a choice of firm to soft. My room was made up and linens refreshed daily (I was there for three nights) which is unusual in these post-pandemic years. Breakfast menu changed daily and was nothing fancy but good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and will return when in the area!

The room was clean and the water was HOT and the pressure was good. Toilets are flimsy, water pressure for toilet not good and they are very short! Breakfast wasn't the best. No fresh fruit. Front desk for the most part not friendly except for one young man whose name I didn't get. He was great. Bed was soft. Only pillows offered were what I call chicklet pillows. Small and square. Cooling in room was satisfactory. NOTE TO SELF: Get a west facing room away from elevator! The room does not stay dark once the sun rises and it's always sunny in Colorado in the am! People at the elevator were not considerate that there was someone in the room across from the elevator.

We had a nice clean room and a comfortable bed. They would have got me an extra blanket had I thought to ask and maybe some tea bags. Plenty of coffee and decaf for this coffee-holic though. Nice pool area that we did not take time to enjoy, nice workout room that we did not take time to enjoy, great breakfast and quite for sleeping for us. We would stay again. Usually we get an airbnb. This was just a quick in and out stop for us. For us baby boomers, the price is always a little shocking.

TLDR; Best Western let multiple strangers into our room. Lied about adjusting price for our trouble. Best Western Firestone single-handedly ruined my trip from KS to CO. Originally, my wife had booked a Double Queen room because we thought we’d have someone else with us. When we go there, they gave us a key to the room and we went upstairs. When we got to the room, there were already people in it. We returned to desk, explained what had happened and the employee at the desk offered us a room with one queen bed and told us the price would be less since there was one bed instead of two. We went to the new room without issue. The next day, we went to a concert and then back to this hotel. When we arrived, two strangers were walking out of our room and our keycards didn’t work. We went downstairs and discussed it with the employee at the desk and they assured us they would fix the issue (our room displaying as vacant) and gave us working keycards. The next day, someone else opens the door to our room, once again. We go downstairs and explain that we’ve now had two separate parties enter or nearly enter our hotel room that its for concerning as we have no idea how many times this happened while we were away from the hotel. Again, they assured us they would fix it. They made a new reservation for us with the correct room number, however, the new price was about $200 more then the original amount we had booked for. We stated that we wouldn’t sign the new reservation for that price and they let us go stating they’d speak with a manager. We returned to our room and promptly called customer service who made note of our grievances and stated they would get in touch with the building management. About 30 minutes later, they called back and said they were unable to reach anyone at the front desk. They told us they typically give the owner 2-5 business days to respond. Eventually, checkout rolls around and we still haven’t heard anything. We paid and headed home. On the way home, we got a call from customer service stating they had still been unable to reach anyone and that they would call back if there were any developments. Today, my wife called them and they said they had received word from the owner stating they had given us a 10% discount but would not be offering us a refund. This was not the case, I was still charged the full amount and despite showing them my military ID, they didn’t even give me the military discount. Ultimately, this was my worst experience at a hotel. I can’t recommend them to service members as security is clearly not a priority to them and I certainly won’t be staying at a Best Western again. Edit: Best Western has since refunded us $40; a far cry from the military discount but at least they aren’t liars.

Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good hotel breakfast with plenty of options. Would recommend if you are in the area.

I paid $120 to listen to a violent screaming man berate and abuse his girlfriend all night. I asked for help several times. The staff didn't take it seriously. The man told them that he was alone and that it wasn't him and they believed him. I didn't get any rest and didn't feel safe as a woman at this hotel. I will no longer stay at this location and I stay at hotels every week for work travel in this area. Paper thin walls. Small rooms. Poor cleanliness. All around terrible.

Great little place to stay. Everyone was so nice. We got checked in late and was still treated great. We got a awesome room and the pool was somewhat warm and it even had hot tub! Breakfast was hot and kept up. Sausage gravy and all! Not badly priced either .

When I walked into the hotel I asked where the restroom was and was told it was out of order. I have been a facility manager most of my life so I found a bunch of problems. There are at least 2 places with water damage and one is not mitigated. A quick look at the lamps showed that 3 out of 4 were crooked and at least one shade showed damage when light was turned on. I didn't turn in the issues because it is obvious that the hotel is being run into the ground. Don't let the exterior or lobby set your impression of the hotel. Your room will have problems.
