We stayed one night at this hotel. The room was nice and we had no real problems with our stay. The only complaint I have is that it took a long time for the water to get hot. Not just a few minutes, more like 7 minutes. It was very hot when it did warm up though and water pressure was good. The weather was very snowy so satellite was not working. We did not use pool or workout area but both looked to be in good condition. Others were using pool. Breakfast was good. Had a fine continental selection. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Also, I should add that I did get my $100 deposit back within a day.

We were traveling for business. The room was clean. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but they offered a soft pillow which helped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't too good.. The egg patties were like chewing rubber and the biscuits were hard and crumbled into pieces. We went out for breakfast the second morning. It was quiet and clean. The fitness room equipment worked well and the pool area looked warm and inviting. Not too bad for business travel.

The room was incredibly filthy. There was bad odor throughout the hotel. There were stains all over the linen and the lamp shades. The floor looked like it was never cleaned. They falsely charged me for a smoking fee and kept my deposit. I did not smoke in the room. They are refusing to give me a refund. They stole 350$ from me.

I stayed at this hotel for business about a week ago. Everyone was very friendly, the room was clean and I was very impressed. I would have given 5 stars if I had heard back from someone in regards to getting my $25 deposit back. It is normal and expected to put down a deposit but it’s been a week and I have not received it back. There was no damage done to the room and I am just waiting for a manger to call me back and resolve the issue. Both females I spoke to over the phone at the front desk were extremely friendly and said they would leave notes for someone to call me back. I am waiting and hoping to get refunded. Regardless,I would still recommend staying in this hotel if you are in the area. Just make sure you get your deposit back 😉

Stayed here while in town for the weekend visiting family. The first room smelled of poop right when walking in. We requested another room which was not issue or hassle. Second room was nice and no issues. The staff was friendly and professional. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

Would NOT recommend this hotel for a variety of reasons! Don’t really know where to start.Reservations were made in advance for our 3 day stay Dec 18-21 every day our key was deactivated & refrigerator was turned off, had to go to front desk from the 4 th floor to be told we were only staying for 1 day🤷‍♀️ To date still haven’t received a receipt for the stay & Charged us for 4 nights thanks to our statements for proof! The heat wasn’t on when we first entered wall thermostat didn’t work, we turned it on & went to dinner to give time to get warm however it didn’t turn off at 2am it was stifling hot! Only worked manually. The hot water took almost 10 minutes to reach the 4th floor. Everyday we had to get a different remote for the tv. One night we had to unplug it to shut it off. The last night the night worker brought us our 4th remote & yet again we expressed our concerns he told us the hotel was recently purchased & they were trying to address the problems and offered to give 20% off our stay. In the morning when we checked out at 7:30 AM we were told no receipt could be given as check out time is 10AM, no printer was available & it would be emailed after 10 AM and He was not able to give us any compensation we would have to speak to the manager. After several tries to reach the manager Isa finally a week later he called could only give discount for one night as we didn’t complain about the heat when it happened at 2AM!! - Last words were he would call us back.After 2 1/2 weeks still No receipt for our stay & no return call. Extremely unprofessional. POOR COMMUNICATION. We tried to give them time to make right & even give us a receipt before giving review I feel 2 1/2 weeks is long enough!! We appreciate you giving the additional discount on all nights. That said we would still like our receipt emailed to us as our email has been verified by your staff- as well as the 4th night charged to our CC REFUNDED in full! The extra night charge was only realized when we looked at our CC statement to verify the discount. Not really a discount if you charge us for an additional Night.

Decent hotel but they charged $100 deposit and do not return it (no damage no issues). Hotel says they will be giving it back but its been a month. Calling weekly since 12/09/23 and they keep telling me the same "wait 5-7 business days". Best Western corporate does nothing just enters a "ticket" which then they just ask the hitel to give the deposit back but cannot do anything besides that. In reality just go to a hitel that may charge you a little more bc for the time spent to get your deposit back its not worth it

I usually don’t bother with reviews but I wanted to leave one because booked this hotel months ago and didn’t realize how bad the area was until we got there, however the hotel itself was not bad. As we got closer to the hotel we realized what a not so safe neighborhood this was in. We almost just left and went to find a hotel in a safer location. However, I told my husband let’s just go in and see . When we went in we were greeted by a lady at the desk and she was friendly and helpful. The lobby was very clean and you could even smell that the floors were cleaned (not a gross bleach smell but fresh cleaned smell) . We went to our room and it was also very clean with a nice bathroom and the best feature was that the living area with the sofa bed was separated by a door you could shut to the main bedroom area, which was really nice for us to have our daughter in the one area and us able to shut our door at night. There were also two TVs which was nice . Some of the furniture like a chair and dresser we’re definitely very outdated and looked like someone pulled them out of a garage sale or attic. Best western is a very big chain and could do a lot for the place by updating things and making things match to make it feel more professional and clean. We needed a blanket in the evening and my husband called and they asked if he could come down and get it and he could hear loud music and partying in the background from the staff. I understand it’s evening but as an employee you should not make the customer come get their own things because you’re too busy having fun at work . Very unprofessional. Other than Covid times I’ve never had an employee say come get the things yourself . On some good notes , the pool was really nice and big with lots of towels available and lots of seating. The breakfast area was also very clean with many options . The whole hotel always smelled very clean and the lobby floors were washed many times during our stay as in saw. Overall I am not sure if would stay there again , especially due to the not so safe area, but it was not nearly as bad a a lot of reviews said .
