Best Western Executive Inn & Suites - Hotel in Colorado Springs - 1440 Harrison Rd, USA

This hotel is centrally located to attractions, site seeing, good restaurants, Excellent staff, helpful and kind. Clean room, Comfortable Bed and Bedding airconditioned. Comfortable. Hot water plentiful. No Elevator, we stayed on the 2nd and the 1st floor of this Hotel. The 1st 2 nights were on the 2nd floor that was difficult for my husband, Staff let us know when were checking out that they did have a 1st floor room available for our extended stay! Front desk excellent service! Breakfast many choices each day.

We were very hesitant to continue with our reservation after reading online reviews and talking to a local who said the location was in a bad part of town. We considered staying somewhere else at the last minute and just foregoing our reservation fee. We were glad that we continued with our reservation once we arrived. The location was tucked back behind businesses so it wasn’t directly on the busy road. Our first impressions were of a clean, well kept building and landscaped exterior. As we entered the building, we could tell the space was clean and well kept. At check-in, we discussed our apprehension regarding the reviews of the location and Paulina assured us that the parking lot was lit and provided plenty of cameras for monitoring and that the interior was secure as well. Some of the reviews also indicated that certain rooms were loud. We requested a quiet location if possible and Paulina didn’t hesitate to upgrade our room in order to accommodate. We were not disappointed, our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was better than most hotels we’ve stayed at, the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. The member goodie bag was a pleasant touch. Checking out the next morning, we were greeted by Chris who provided us with welcoming, caring hospitality. Check out was quick, simple and again we felt valued and heard. We communicated our satisfaction with our stay and we would be leaving a positive review. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed by this Best Western location. We will not only stay here again, but will recommend it verbally and online wholeheartedly.

Convenient location. Clean, well-kept room. Reasonable hot breakfast options. Decent Internet speeds. Pool and jacuzzi are clean with towels available poolside. Linda went the extra mile to help out.

Stayed here for my a slow pitch softball tournament so it was close to what we needed. Very friendly staff and room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t the same every morning which was also nice. We didn’t have enough towels at first but they were quick to fix that. My son loved the pool and it being indoor was nice for the rainy days. I’d recommend is bringing your own TP and pillows maybe. We also brought our fire stick thankfully since there aren’t any kids channels. Would stay again

Hotel is in the hood. behind a car wash and next to an abandoned building. Bathroom smelled horrible, like mildew and internet was horrible. Does NOT have an elevator, I did not know this, had shoulder surgery a month ago. Wish i need before. Breakfast was ok, Powder eggs left weird after taste. Coffee was great tho.

Absolutely wonderful staff!! Perfect location, it was centrally located from all the sites we went to. Pricing was cheaper then expected & the hotel itself was very nice especially for the price! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the Springs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually I am pretty happy with Best Westerns but I was disappointed in the room we had and wish the staff would be more upfront about room details before booking, instead they rather make the sale. I was traveling through with my two kids and two dogs and booked a room ahead of an 11 hour drive the next day; got zero sleep bc the room was next to an exit door that was the loudest door anytime someone entered or exited. Starting at 3am when ppl would enter or exit for their cars, my kids and I were awake all night from the loud door. I think customers should be informed if they are going to be located in this room before booking, bc they will pay $220 and get no sleep. The front desk manager had zero sympathy or care and said “zero people have ever complained about this.” not to mention my door key faintly worked and it took several tries each time I left the room to get back in the room with my family. The hotel needs updates on doors and locks and potential customers should be aware of insanely loud room locations (ie Room 135).

the Hotel it's self was pretty average. nothing really spectacular. the AC in the room kept making an electrical beeping noise when I was trying to sleep. it never turned the unit off, but it did make it a restless nights sleep. I did let the front desk know the next morning on check out and they said they would look into it.
