Best Western Eufaula Inn - Hotel in Eufaula - 1300 Birkes Rd, USA

Positive: Staff was friendly. Pool was nice. And breakfast was descent. Worth the money. Negative: Wish the breakfast had a few more healthy options such as fruit or yogurt

The room was clean and having a breakfast each morning was nice but we chose this hotel so I would hangout at the pool while he fished but the pool was closed the entire time we was there. I also was thinking I be able to use the guest laundry so I would have to take a bunch of dirty fishy clothes home nope that didn't happen washer was broke as well. I feel that if u are paying more for them having the amenities u should get some refund when they are always broke. The guide that took us fishing said he has a lot of clients stay there and they always say the pool is closed

I travel frequently for work and stayed in room 203 on 6/6/24, and I would classify this as the worst stay probably ever. The ice machine and vending machine across the hall from my room were both out of order. There were dirty towels all over the floor surrounding the ice machine and a note on the vending machine stating to use the one downstairs. The noise from the interstate was terrible. The semi trucks exiting at the next exit for the truck stop all use their jake brakes to slow down as they are passing the hotel and it didn't get quiet until around 2 a.m. At 4:30 a.m. I woke up to my left arm itching and burning. I turned on the lights to find bed bugs in my bed and the air conditioner infested with ants. I believe the hotel knew about the bed bugs because when I realized what was wrong I pulled the sheets off and discovered a brand new mattress. I left the hotel as soon as I was dressed and informed the morning person on my way out but he didn't seem surprised. His response was a very sarcastic and fake shocked " Oh reallllly?". I went on to my work for the day and called to ask to speak to the manager at 8:30 a.m. and got the assistant manager who did refund my stay to my corporate card. While I do appreciate that, it was honestly the very least they could do. It does nothing to diminish the misery I am currently experiencing. I do not have any kind of prior experience with bedbugs but what I thought this morning was a few small bites on one arm has developed into something much worse. I have large and small bites on both arms, neck, face, and back. The only itch I can compare this to is having chicken pox as a child. No matter how much benadryl, ibuprofen, and antihistamine cream I use I cannot make the itching stop. If I could give zero stars I would. I will not stay at this hotel or chain again.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. There was a mistake with their booking software that put me in a single bed room when I asked for a double bed room. I had my confirmation to show the lady that I had booked a double bed. All this did was make her even more hateful. When I asked to talk with someone other than her because of how hate she was she just laughed and said no. I then asked to talk with a manager and she said she didn't have to get them and walked off. We stay here several times a year, but not anymore. Save your money.

From checkin to check out, our stay was very pleasant. Really needed to do laundry but wasn't a big other than that the stay perfect

Everything in the room worked except I couldn't hook my Xbox up to the TV. Room was clean and smelled clean. I accidentally took the TV remote and would like to give that back.

Washer and dryer were not working. Elevator broke on the last night of my stay. Other than that though it was nice.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Mold growing around bath tub, room had a very fowl odor, bed linens did not feel clean and did not smell clean.
