("Customer Beware"), We Checked Out Of The Hotel & Everything Was Ran Smooth . As Soon As We Were On Our Way I Got A Call From The Hotel Because My Friend Got Cut While In The Hotel Room & There Was A Little Blood On The Sheet . The Lady Proceeded To Inform Me They Are Going To Have To Charge Us A Extra $30.00 To Get The Blood Out Of The Sheet. I Asked If It Was Posted & She Replied,Yes I Said Where Because I Didn't Read It Anywhere & I Told Her All The Stuff They Had Post Up Front & The Charges. Oh She Said It Was In The Incidentals .🤔 LOOK AT THE REVIEWS WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY ARE RUNNING THIS SCAM ON .I Told Her We Were Not Paying & We Would Be Taking It Up With Our Bank. She Didn't Even Call From A Company Phone # It Was A Cell Phone For A Julio Alberto, Not A Best Western Or 800 . Hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was very nice. Price was right for someone traveling with 2 dogs under 13 lbs. However the mosquitoes were horrible. I don't know if it's that time of the year or what, but they were every where. In the room also. There was no getting away from them. We found them to be worse in the front outside area of hotel than the back when we walked out dogs.

I travel with two larger dogs and BW allows pets and also has areas on their properties to walk them and let them get a little exercise after long car rides Most provide the waste bags and trash baskets too! The best part about BW and pet stays is they try to arrange rooms close to exits so the pets are not a nuisance to other hotel guest. I appreciate all of the thoughtfulness to make everyone’s stay a great experience!

I stayed here last night with my 5 year old son because it was the only thing left for miles. The room had a weird smell, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower was gross, and we woke up to a cockroach in the bathroom… I do not recommend. I am so sad because it was $140 for the night along our 34 hour drive.

NEVER stay at this property. Scam alert. I stayed one night @ $118. When I checked my bank statement I had a second charge for $162. I tried to call the hotel for an explanation and got no answer. I called corporate and they contacted the property. They told corporate the charge was for blood on a sheet that wouldn't come out. I didn't have any injuries so what blood? Either they are lying or I slept on sheets with somebody else's blood on them. BTW just where do you get sheets that cost $162? Take pictures before and after.

Just came down for the breakfast. Breakfast Room is extremely small with just few tables which means if you want to have your breakfast, you need to eat in your room. Coffee is like colored water. Told the attendant and was told "that's the way the coffee is" ( i took the pic of the coffee and the guy just replaced the thermos). Unbelievably because for what they charge ( 140 a room with cancellation till very last day) thud us just unacceptable. And this place is not like we are in NY or Rome for offering this type of service at this price. Nor I could say the view was fantastic Very disappointed. I also reported, yesterday and today, that our room does not come equipped with a phone. I never been to an hotel without a phone in the room

if you can help it do not stay here, first thing we saw was a roach on the bed, roach eggs in the corner of the rooms, dead roach in the bathroom and dead bugs on the walls that weren’t cleaned up. bed was not comfortable overall disgusting, don’t stay here

Worst experience. Charged me almost 50% of hotel rate in taxes and fees but could not explain what those charges and fees were. Night clerk at check-in was unwilling to address or solve. At breakfast, no coffee, no hot water, bowl of black bananas not worth touching. Three phone calls to customer service and conversation with day clerk at hotel yielded zero results. Family stayed here before, but never again.
