Best Western Dothan Inn & Suites - Hotel in Dothan - 1650 Westgate Pkwy, USA

We were pleased with the location and the room met our expectations. The bathroom needed a bit of updating but it was clean (as was the room). It was missing a washcloth and a hand towel, but we were able to get them from the front desk with no problems. The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure wasn't very good. The breakfast was well stocked, we were a little disappointed that they were serving chicken patties with eggs for breakfast, but we just selected other choices, so no big deal. The staff were really nice. The first floor rooms are designated as pet friendly rooms, so we chose to stay on the top floor. The parking lot was very well lit and clean, we would recommend staying at this location.

We stayed over on our way to Florida. Our stay was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We have started using best western hotels almost exclusively. All of them have met our expectations.

Never been a huge fan of Best Westerns but this was ok for an overnight. Staff was nice and helpful. Walls very thin and we could hear the entire conversation of the people next to us but thankfully they didn't stay up too late. Everything smelled like strong bleach and there was a perfume smell which made me wonder what wS being hidden smell wise. But the room seemed clean. Room was hot and had trouble cooling it. Breakfast typical. There was a sign that said gluten free options available but I asked two people that worked here and they didn't know what gluten free was or if they even had anything. Not sure why it's advertised if they don't have anything. The hotel was ok though for an overnight.

Spacious, clean rooms with great air-flow & ventilation. Beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels provided. Staff was so professional and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious; the attendant was mindful and caring. The biscuits & gravy and fresh fruit was delicious!

We would definitely stay again! We really enjoyed our stay! The only reason we rated the hotel a 4 was because of the barking dogs across the room from us. They barked when we we’re coming & going but not when we were sleeping. The other dogs would get our 2 pugs barking. Also, we could smell a chemical odour when we entered the lobby upon our arrival but we didn’t notice it in the morning at breakfast. |We liked the exterior dog area! It was clean, there were bag’s available and garbage disposal. |We liked the location of the hotel. There are lots of nice restaurants beside it like the Texas Roadhouse, Gold Fingers, & some other restaurants. |The rooms were lovely and very clean. |Alexis & Brandi were very pleasant and helpful at the checkin/out counter! We felt very welcomed! Shanakwa welcomed us at the breakfast centre! It was a delicious breakfast! |Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!

All staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and smelled good. Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfy. I would definitely stay again!! ||When checking in the lady at the front desk explained everything to me and offered options…even late check out times. There were no hidden fees!

We often stop in Dothan overnight when traveling between our home and Orlando. The Best Western has become our favorite hotel when there. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is good, and the employees are always kind and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel twice in less than three weeks, and the service is excellent! The reasons I don't give it a five star, is the bathroom doors should be wiped clean ( dusty and door knobs), and the breakfast area flooring needs to be replaced ( it's an accident waiting to happen with an uneven flooring and older people shuffling their feet). I'll be stopping there again this coming spring.
