It’s rare you slide into something unexpected. This Best Western Cottontree Inn is one of them. The rooms and beds are great. The building itself is setup so nice and well maintained. Breakfast is awesome and is surely to start your day off 😊 happy (Thank you to the gentleman who had all of the quick funny jokes.) Thank you to the staff and owners for a wonderful stay!!
We got in at 930pm. The front desk people were super nice. They got us extra blankets and when our room heater wasn't working they checked it for us and gave us a new room right away. It can be difficult traveling and adjusting to the different types of hotels. The hotel is dated, but they do a good job of keeping it clean. I would recommend this place and stay here again.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and accommodating. I have quite enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was always hot and filling with many options. There is a lounge that serves dinner and drinks. It is kid friendly and has a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers going through Wyoming.
It was a beautiful hotel at a great location. The bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It had a big breakfast with a very kind and helpful gentleman to assist us. We would be happy to recommend it to others
The hotel staff are so kind and accommodating. My son and I were stranded during Thanksgiving week due to car issues. We were treated with compassion and respect. The lounge was delightful, serving food and drinks for the whole family. The breakfast was always delicious and fulfilling. On Thanksgiving day, the hotel staff arranged for us to have a turkey dinner from a local restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.
Clean, comfortable, easy check-in, and good breakfast. Front desk receptionist, Daniel, was super helpful and personable. He took the time to give us information regarding road and weather conditions. He had family members traveling at the time and they were taking the route we were considering. He was able to pull up more information on his desktop computer than we could on our phones and we appreciated him taking the time to do so. As a side note, we used that info and made it safely to our family’s house for Christmas.
Long day. This was a nice motel that is also a conference center. Seemed to be in the middle of a remodel. The entire parking lot was torn up..just white dirt and rock, but the woman at the desk was nice. Also the other woman there, waiting on another person checking in - gave them bottled water and said it was complimentary. None such for us… Again we are in a pet friendly’ room that cost $20 extra and was only partly done…. The floors were tiled, cold. The door needed painting and was banged up. One bed was firm (two queens) and one had squishy edges. Pillows fine, towels okay. Again Breakfast was just being opened when we got there. They hadn’t put batter in the pancake machine… never did while we were there. however it was on. The eggs - again microwaved little omelet like things- this time with peppers - didn’t appeal so I decided on cereal. (They had Cheerios - not just sugar stuff for the kids), but no milk. Got some juice and the very nice woman brought out the milk. The breakfast room was large and relatively nice, but the upholster chairs really needed replacing or reupholstering. Dirty, spotted, stained. Also rather expensive. Quiet. ||
The young person working at the desk was friendly and quick. Room was so unsatisfactory. It reeked of dog urine, I had assumed that my puppy had peed somewhere. we had gotten in at about 2 am and were incredibly tired from our travels I took a quick shower and unloaded everything from the vehicle. I searched and searched and searched, never did find any urine so I decided to just go to bed. Pulled back the duvet and the bedding was obviously not washed at all. Completely covered in dog hair. As it was already 2 in the morning and I have a newborn baby, I decided it simply wasn't worth trying to ask for a new room or a refund. Slept in the car. Essentially paid $200 for a shower. Really hoping this was a one off situation
