Best Western Coffeyville Central Business District Inn and Suites - Hotel in Coffeyville - 202 W 11th St, USA

We booked a block of rooms for my Father's funeral. The beds and bedding were clean and comfy. Unfortunately, three of our rooms experienced plumbing issues where the toilets didn't flush. Being a holiday weekend, they were understaffed and front desk Christy and Cody provided EXCELLENT service within their ability. Unfortunately... our toilets could not be fixed and cleaning supplies were not available to flush down the feces that stuck to the bowl. Uncle John, was handed a plunger as he left the room to bury his brother. We were given a $50 compensation for our two nights, however, our view of Best Western has changed.

I enjoyed my stay at best Western coffeeville the front desk clerk Christy was super polite and took care of any of my concerns the first concern was a call that I placed to her prior to my arrival about my booking. She checked the info and made sure I was reassured of my arrival time. There was also a issue with my lock in the room I was staying in as soon as I reported it to her she was right on it and understood my safety concerns. She got right with the maintenance and they were there fixing it fast. I also witnessed a not so happy customer very upset about a booking issue and she handled the situation with grace and patients I was very impressed. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were several times the elevator was cut off. With it happening several times within the day. Although I do understand that there weren't two family Reunions going on at the same time. I'm sure it was pretty busy. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were very clean. I do recommend staying here if you are in the area worth every penny.

Positive: At first glance it seemed fine. Negative: It was supposed to be handicap accessible. The bathtub/shower was impossible!

The young man at the front desk (I believe his name is Cody) is fantastic! He was so helpful and real and just an all around good guy. We will go back to this hotel time and time again just because of his outstanding service. The room was nice and comfy the hotel itself was clean and quiet.

Rooms were ok. The shower head was bad. They had expired orange juice in containers in the breakfast room. It was okay though.

Rooms with heaters that don't work hot tub. That obviously hasn't worked since at least December. Because I see other reviews, breakfast has gone downhill. Definitely just would not recommend this place at all $133 for the first night and at 7 o'clock. We're getting moved to another room because a heater doesn't work. And now that the truck stop is open next door you get to listen to jake brakes all night long or trucks coming and goi would highly recommend you get someplay sales if possible

My room smelled mildew moldy BUT the staff there was stellar! And besides the smell, the room was clean and they do serve breakfast!

This is a good hotel and the staff on duty when I checked in was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was that room 113 should not be used unless the hotel is full as the bed headboards do not appear to be insulated and share a wall with the breakfast dining area. So starting around 0500 or so it starts getting very noisy and I was only able to intermittently sleep past that time.
