Best Western Clifton Park - Hotel in Clifton Park - 617 Plank Rd, USA

The rooms were very clean. The parking area is large. The breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay here again. The price was reasonable. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants. Pool area was clean and easily accessible.

Guys weekday trip to Saratoga. This place is getting better; we had a working fridge / TV (unlike last time we stayed here.) Room was clean and you have to ask for new towels / bed linen change. The breakfast area is small, but the menu was changing daily. The staff kept all breakfast items in stock.

Positive: Location was good, IHOP within walking distance if you don't want the 'free' in-house breakfast. Pool area looked nice, but didn't use. Parking was fine. Negative: The mattress in room 134 needs to be replaced. By the morning of the third (and last) night there, my back was giving me all kinds of problems, that I haven't had in years. After 3 nights at home, it's finally better.

The front desk staff was very nice but unfortunately we were checked into a dirty room. We were switched to a “clean” room. Beds were made but it needed a serious deep clean. The glass slider was very dirty. Cigarette butts outside door on ground. Grime on walls, lamps, headboard, furniture. Pool was nice but very warm. Hot tub was nice and hot.

This was a one night stay and even though the tv did not work in our room they quickly took care of us and moved us to another room. They were very friendly from the front lobby to the maintenance guy and the breakfast attendant I would stay here again everything was very clean and it was convenient to store’s restaurants and the highway

The room was not cleaned before we got there. Luckily we had a run in with the cleaner (when he let himself into our room while we were in there without knocking” and he cleaned the room for us. We did come back to a very clean room but it did smell like stale cigarettes. We only stayed for one night so we delt with it. I would not recommend for a longer stay.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. When we checked in, we were surprised to find an unmade bed in our room. The night manager was surprised, too. Because the room was otherwise clean, we both surmised that the housekeeper had been called away before they finished making up the room and had forgotten to return to complete the cleaning. Oops.....The night manager quickly moved us to another room. Kudos to him for that.|Over our stay we found that the toilet would frequently continue running after flushing. Eventually we had to shut off the water supply to the toilet. We reported the issue to the manager and recommended that they add this to their maintenance list after we checked out. The manager on duty thanked us for reporting the issue.|On our second night we tried watching television. The television was stuck in a set-up routine that could not be completed. We asked the manager to add this to the maintenance list. The manger thanked us for calling this to their attention.|During checkout I asked for a minor credit to our account to compensate us for the issues we had encountered. The manager gave us a credit that was double what I had requested.|Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes, I would, because the management listened to our requests and tried to respond to issues as best they could. While the facility could use some preventive maintenance, the staff is attentive and responsive.

This was my third time at this hotel, first two times were excellent, this time I used points, was treated poorly, initially given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, was moved to a different room, the room still smelled. I was woken up in the middle of the night by loud neighbors, yelling, and screaming, and partying, the toilet would not flush and the water pressure was awful. No, I would not recommend this hotel at this time.
