Like the person below me. I'm glad I didn't go strictly on reviews. This hotel was very pleasant. Staff was nice, room was nice and clean, very quiet area for sleeping in during the mornings, breakfast was great And hotel is in the middle of several fast food restaurants. So you don't have to practically walk anywhere. Definitely four stars

We got 2 queen size beds for 4 people. 2 adults & 2 children. Small room with everything almost touching. Bathroom barely fit a person. Breakfast was very basic. Everything hot was microwaved except the waffles. Offer a pool, but it wasn't open because they needed a pump yet the man who checked us in said it was open. $253 for a 2 night stay is a bit ridiculous imo.. Will not be staying at any best westerns in the future.

I am so glad that I didn’t go strictly by some of the reviews I read. I always give a hotel the benefit of the doubt. Especially with experience working with the public. I am very OCD about cleanliness and sensitive to smells, but our room was CLEAN, bed was comfortable and Pillows are the BEST I’ve ever had at a hotel. Yes the room did have a faint different smell. But as a someone who use to smoke and quit 10 yrs ago I know that is NOT A SMELL YOU CAN EVER TOTALLY GET RID OF! Also there are people that do break the rules and smoke in them anyway. Staff was friendly and courteous. David at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful and went beyond anyone I’ve ever met on a staff to help us in our needs. Breakfast was good and lady went out of her way to make us biscuits when asked cause they were out. Wish we would have had time to use pool, it looked crystal clear! Tammy checked us out and was very friendly. Made sure to tell her how great David was. Now upon reading other negative reviews, this establishment is NOT RACIST!!! They have people of all races employed here and all respectful to guests. From what I could see the only ones racist were the ones breaking hotel rules and trying to have a birthday party at no cost for the pool usage. Those that accuse Racism are the ones that WON’T let it die and keep it alive! Also if you expect total perfection, then stay at home or buy a camper, then you have everything to your liking. Some of the other reviews come off as “BOUGIE “, snobby and think your above others. You DO have choice to tell them your issues and say you will not pay for room and go to different hotel. I have done that plenty of times in my travels. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you David for making our stay an awesome experience. God Bless and God is GOOD!!!!

For the price I paid I cannot believe the condition of this facility. I have stayed in other Best Westerns cheaper and way better than this facility. Looks like there was a halfhearted attempt at a renovation or a repair, the facility as a whole was a disappointment. I typically stay loyal to Best Western, but after this stay I will definitely be more careful about pre-planning my trips and may have to look into other chains. I paid $160 per night on a room that was really worth half that. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Breakfast was a letdown, and ran out of food, room looked to be recently refurbished but a rush job, door didn't close right, bathroom door didn't latch, fridge was barely above room temp, pool had film on top of water and ladder on deep end taped off with caution tape, had to wiggle lamp cord to get it to work, room smelled musty.

The overall stay was okay but we definitely won’t be back. When checking in one of the women at the desk had a very unnecessary attitude from the moment we walked in. Me and my partner got a whirlpool/jacuzzi the tub was not cleaned and considering some of the things people do in there that upset me a little bit, I really shouldn’t have to clean the tub on the first night. The beds were comfy and we both enjoyed them, I also really enjoyed the breakfast it’s a nice waffle, cereal and egg/sausage bar. The pool was also closed early everyday at like 6:30-7 when it’s supposed to close at 10 and no hot tub which was upsetting.

Room smelled of dirty dog, only 1 outlet in room worked. Several lights didn’t work. Heat was on so room was hot upon arrival. Bed was uncomfortable, wobbled, and was noisy. There was black curly hair in the hot tub and shower. Pool and pool room was cold. Man at front desk was extremely rude and impersonal.

Decent hotel, dated though. Room was ok. Service was minimal. Pool was meh. No food on site. Location was a little odd for a hotel. Close, but not quite on the sketchy side. A few places to eat in walking distance. More a short drive away.

This relatively older hotel is very well-maintained and clean. The staff was very attentive, and everything in the room was satisfactory. Our only complaint was the pool, which was cloudy, and the temperature in the pool and the pool area was cold. Tammy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
