Best Western Brighton Inn - Hotel in Brighton - 15151 Brighton Rd, USA

First night after landing at nearby Denver Airport and easy drive to here. Friendly welcome, comfortable and clean room with good a/c. Shower had plenty of pressure and good heat control. Good breakfast with hot and cold choices. Pool looked clean but not used. Plenty of car parking and the area felt safe for a walk. Fast food nearby. Enjoyed our 1 night stay.

I rarely write reviews, but this situation is worthy. My husband stayed here for work. They had the correct card to charge, but instead charged our card; used for the mandatory"room deposit". My checking account is negative almost $500 because of someone not paying attention. This is Memorial Day Weekend and the banks are closed until Tuesday. We have zero money. They are refunding the money but it takes 3-5 business days. This "oops" forced my family to cancel our entire weekend plans. We will make the best of this but I am Very disappointed with Best Western. My husband has worked out of town for many years and this has never happened.

Not even 45 minutes from downtown Denver this hotel is a pleasant, safe and clean place to call "home" while on the road. One night or many would be fine here. It is comfortable, pleasant, good staff and adequate breakfast.

I don’t know what the people rating this hotel as a 1 or 2 star are on but in my opinion they have clearly lost their minds..the staff were very friendly and accommodating..the rooms were very comfortable and come with a mid sized fridge and small microwave..as well as a very comfy couch..chairs with small ottoman’s and the rooms are immaculate complete with individual shampoos lotions and conditioners (if for some reason they’re forgot to replenish them just call the front desk and ask for more ) They have a nice little indoor pool with a nice little gym with dumbbells ..also a guest laundry next to the computer room.. Last but certainly not least Daisy at the front desk was so friendly and kind I would be remiss if I didn’t mention her wonderful service! This hotel is very good and very affordable and they allow dogs for 30$ feet… Great place!

I just want to give out a shout out to the manager Rebecca. I accidentally booked the room for the following night through a third party app and it was non refundable and it was the last of my money but Rebecca was able to work something out so I could stay there for the night. Thanks to her it made it a very pleasant experience. I really want to thank her efforts because otherwise I would’ve been stuck with nowhere to go. God bless her!

The room keys had to be renewed every day, or we were locked out. The breakfast was excellent, and the go grab bags were helpful. The room was on the smaller side but comfortable. The service counter was always friendly and helpful. Awesome location out of hussel and bussel but close to food, shopping and quiet.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but breakfast was not stocked or restocked. If you are okay with skipping breakfast, would definitely recommend.
