Best Western Brigham City Inn & Suites - Hotel in Brigham City - 480 W Westland Dr, USA

First off I have to say to the brunette girl that was working there swing shift. She was great helpful pleasant very respectable. She also. Worked the very next day morning shift. She deserves some kudos. For the hotel it is small but quiet, nice still had plenty of rooms. I would highly recommend slept really well. Breakfast was breakfast was decent.

Very impressed. This Best Western was very clean and airy, and it didn't seem nearly as rundown as some. The breakfast had a pretty good selection, and everything tasted fine. Staff were very pleasant and polite. There was a Dutch Bros and a cafe of sorts (The Old Grist Mill) right next door, which was very convenient, but with the blackout shade that could be pulled down, lights and traffic couldn't really be heard much at all over the sound of the air conditioner. Good internet and cell phone reception, which was important to my teen granddaughter. Recommended!

So used to work here. Going to say this. They don’t wash the comforters in between guests. They will even skip vacuuming the room if they don’t look “dirty”. If you check above the beds, you will find dust. Also a lot to f the staff live there and use the hotels washer and dryers and not the guest washer and dryers. Check your sheets and beds, you will find stains. Fun fact, take an iron and make a corner of the spot on the bed hot, mostly will find bed bugs.

Awful experience. Have stayed at this hotel before, tho it's been probly 5 years. Stopped last minute this time after a full day of traveling because of my prior experience with it. Run down, pool broke, jacuzzi broke, vending broke, outside door locks broke. I stayed in a pet friendly room that stank so bad it made my whole suitcase smell, sheets washed but pee stained, all for a full room price. General disrepair and lack of attention. Sad and disappointed, not anywhere near Best Western standards, tho I've run into this with them in other places, too. Gonna stay elsewhere from now on, not worth the risk.

I like the Best Western brand and stay with them frequently. Beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was geat! However, the smell of pets was overpowering and tainted the entire experience. Didn’t even feel like I could walk around bare foot in the hotel room. I appreciate having pet friendly hotels but this was too much.

So I showed up late close to 11.The girl that checked me in was a total.Sweetvery professional when I get up next morning.She was also Was the one that checked me out? She's a valuable employee. As far as I am Concerned, the beds were comfortable and slept really well.

This place needs a rehab. Staff was a bunch of kids that look like they're breaking mormonism. We were given a dirty room at first. They quickly replaced it with a "clean" one. The establishment is dated. Not the cleanest. Would definitely skip this one for a better option in the same price range. These should be more like 50 dollar rooms. Not 100+

Overall, we liked it. Staff were always helpful and kind! They went above and beyond a few times! (This is very rare nowadays)! Breakfast was awesome! No to-go granola bars here!! Full breakfast, with again helpful staff!! Couple things broke before and when we were here .... pool closed (hot tub open)pool needed a part. Elevator broke as we were checking in with dogs, bunch of stuff, and not 1st floor! However... staff again helped by carrying some of our stuff upstairs! So, overall 4.8 out of 5.0 Thank you staff! You were wonderful!
