We had two rooms, we were better of spending the nights in a roadside motel. The smell of mildue, dirty stained sheets, toothpaste on the mirror, the floors have never been mopped. The lighting is dim, and the a/c defaults back to warm in the middle of the night. The pool looked dirty too. It is not handicap accessible. Breakfast is from 7-10, and by the time 8:30 comes around 1 of the 3 hot items was out and they said they don't refill them. There was no fruit or orange juice either ( they ran out and didn't restock for the 2 days we were there.) Right outside the handicap parking they have a bucket with a broken broom handle, that ripped my shirt and scratched me, luckily my child was on the other side because it's right at eye level- told staff they did nothing. If you would like to see some of the pictures so you can remedy the issues let us know.
Turn around and don’t bother coming. The rooms are DIRTYYYYYYY. My son was walking around the room for a good 30 minutes and his feet were BLACK from all the dirt on the floor. They clearly don’t clean very well. There was pubic hair in the shower, a stick trap under the sink so who knows if they’re trying to catch roaches or mice. But worst of all there was bedbugs behind the bed. They switched my room but only to find roaches in the room which is crazy. The cleaning people clearly don’t do their job. The pancake machine was broken so that was a great start to my kids morning. So again - don’t even bother with this place just turn around.
I had 2 rooms, one for my Daughter and Granddaughter and one for me. The room for my daughter had a minor issue that was handle in a matter of minutes. My room was clean and very comfortable. Check in and checkout were exactly as expected, very courteous and professional. My oldest son lives in Trenton, when I return, this will be my place of choice.
Always a great stay here. Pool is clean and perfect. Breakfast is good. Room always clean and comfortable. Good location to Six Flags.
Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast was just okay and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re staying longer than a few days you will need to schedule for housekeeping to come and clean. Too many stairs for someone who has mobility issues.
Dirty, front door to our room barely shut, glass shower door had water stains all over it, definitely not clean. WiFi was not working on any phones. The floor in the bathroom was all warped and coming up. So dusty like no one has dusted in weeks. Floor just was dirty and sticky in a couple spots. Bathroom sink took forever to drain from just rinsing out a cup.
My stay here was very relaxing. When I arrived, I was greeted by this wonderful queen, Ms. Shirley. She assigned room 228 to me and when I got to the room it was very clean and so was the bathroom which is a plus for me. However, when I went to take a shower, I noticed the shower started flooding, spilling over onto the bathroom floor. I went to the front to notify Ms. Shirley and she placed me in another room (238) that was just as clean as the first room. The shower in that room did not flood at all, but the Wi-Fi was not working. I was cool with it not working, but I did notify Ms. Shirley and she gave me a paper with some trouble shooting tips and phone number just in case the tips did not help. I did not have any other issues during my stay and breakfast was just as wonderful. I even met some wonderful people who were staying there as well. I would definitely recommend BW to my friends/family and I will be coming back there for future stays. Thank you to Ms. Shirley for your outstanding professionalism and thank you to Ms. Candy and Ms. Pam for breakfast. They made sure we all ate good.
I booked two rooms with two queen beds each (2 adults, 4 children) and they looked exactly as in the picture. Rooms were pretty but the floor was dirty (dry mud), there was hair on the bed and in the shower. Rooms poorly lighted. We booked because of the pool, but it was closed as soon as we arrived (8 pm). There was no bathtowel in one room and no internet at all. We called for service and they told us to visit an internet page to get internet (?). Great waste of time trying to get wi-fi that finally never worked anywhere on the site. Had to pay for personnal extra data as the kids could speak with their dad and set the road for the rest of thé trip. Air conditioning constantly stopped working and the refrigerator did not refrigirate (water was still cool in the morning). Breakfast tasted good, but not enough waffles and minimum choice. We did not reach out for help because we were tired and just wanted to sleep as we were travelling from Canada to Virginia. Front desk lady did not bother asking if we enjoyed our stay. I guess she knew. Everyone was disappointed.
I only went here for an embroidery class, but the rooms were an appropriate size for the class. I did hear from a few people that stayed at the hotel overnight, that it was a bit expensive. I however, live close enough that I didn't need to stay a
went out for dinner with friends here and it quickly became a cherished night out! the aesthetic and decor inside is not like a restaurant weâve ever been to before and it was refreshing! for food, we ordered the tapas tower and everything came out
Hands down best bagels. The service is quick, friendly, easy going but professional. Unique selection of bagels and handmade cream cheese and butters. If you havenât had a chance to get here please do. Can get busy but worth the wait!
We completely enjoyed or dining experience on Friday 1/12/24. Each individual dish from salad to desert was exceptional. Deanâs music was special. And our server Jessica was gracious, acommodating, and funny - all three. We hope to return again for
Have to check out this cream of crab soup and the coffee, AWSOME!!!! the service was perfect, and Cheryl made our first ( but not last). Visit there a wonderful time. You HAVE to go visit this diner, and you will not be sorry.
We just happen to be in the area and in need of some breakfast, and happened to end up at the town and country diner. What good fortune we had! We were greeted by a bunch of Girl Scouts, who were eager to sell their cookies, and we were eager to buy.
