The room was clean and very cold when we arrived. Took a while to get it warm. ||The hotel attendant was not very helpful about making reservations online to use the rewards that we had. We did not receive the free waters for being Platinum members.||The breakfast was basic but good and hot.
We were lucky to find this great property - Terrific and very kind & helpful staff!. Close to the freeway, large parking lot, close to food services - Room was clean and quiet. If traveling Route 40 again aka Route 66 I would definitely stay there again. I like that they moved to the QR code for tipping - so much easier to show my appreciation.
My family stayed for 1 night. The hotel was clean outside and the staff was very professional and courteous. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Even the coffee maker in the room had good coffee. I would definitely go back to best Western specially in Holbrook Arizona.
Traveling to Phoenix and found this Best Western. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Hotel is older but updated. Breakfast was usual fare and well stocked. Felt welcome. A good price for a good night's sleep. Will stop here on future trips
I am a Best Western Diamond member, as well as being a diamond member with many other hotel chains.In my thousands of hotel stays, mostly business and vacation stays, I have never been more rudely treated as I was tonight. I am an 80 year old Navy veteran with bad knees. I asked to park close to my room (as there were many vacant spaces), but the rude manager said I had to move my truck to a lot some distance away, because “RULES ARE RULES”|IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN (EVEN IF YOU ARE A VETERAN) OR IF YOU NEED HELP IN ANY WAY, I’D SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWARE! “RULES ARE RULES! NO EXCEPTIONS” PER THE NIGHT MANAGER.
Best Western agains prove its reputation as well maintained. The location is just off the freeway , yet removed far enough to avoid traffic noise. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the breakfast selection is good. Parking is close to the rooms. Very safe. I’ve stayed here 3 times now.
We stayed here after a disaster at our previous booking so this was a late booking. This booking through an agency was messed up. However the reception staff sorted it and that was the tone for our stay. All staff incredibly helpful and also mindful of our vintage car. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast room was good and the breakfast delicious with lots of choice. We would defo recommend and would stay here again.
They were amazing from the front desk ladies to the room being so clean and remodeled and the breakfast was great.||Breakfast had a lot of choices, lady working the breakfast area was on top of stuff. This is the most cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Thank you everyone for making our stay great.
