Best Western Allatoona Inn & Suites - Hotel in Cartersville - 5663 GA-20, USA

Comfortable, clean, no smell in the rooms. Set up like a motel. I recommend bringing a box fan along in order to drown out sound. The pool was adequate; a bit under-maintained but I would not call it dirty. A great price for what you get.

I actually called the hotel and made reservations- the process was easy. Speaking with a person was a nice experience. |The hotel is located in a convenient location with several eateries around.|The front staff was welcoming and friendly.|The room was clean and comfortable. |There was a nice selection of items for breakfast.|I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Room was very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast offered a wide variety of food including eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, etc.. staff very friendly. We stayed there to go to Tellus Science museum which ended up being a 7 minute drive from the hotel. Very close to everything!

Location was great and it was quiet and safe in the evening. My biggest gripe is that I noticed a few human hairs that definitely were not mine or my girlfriends in the bedding. I also found a spot that had some odd discharge on the bottom sheet which was gross. Check your bedding. I have not had to do that with any other Best Western locations.

We have stayed at this property on several occasions. It has been rehabbed since our last visit and they did an exceptional job! The only thing that wasn’t updated or replaced was the bathroom door in our unit. The paint had multiple layers that were peeling. The lighted mirrors, LVP flooring and wall paint all appeared new. It was a pleasant surprise! The only downside to this is location and proximity to traffic. Road noise is quite loud. If you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem.

Rooms aren’t much, but it’s clean, convenient, and affordable right off the interstate. The staff are polite and friendly. The manager is incredibly accommodating. I left a charger in the room passing through on a work trip. He held it for me for a whole two weeks until I came back through to pick it up on the return drive. Top notch. Will be my new stay in this area.

Staff was very friendly and extremely responsive to your needs. Rooms cleaned and beds made daily. Left late one morning came back room not cleaned, NOT their fault. Went to office explained what happen and requested some towels. We left again and when we came back, the room was cleaned and beds made. They didn’t need to do that but they were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough to ensure you had a good experience. I would definitely stay there again. Almost forgot one other thing. The pool needed some attention and within an hour it was cleaned.

This place is great to stay the night while on a trip. It is certainly not a five star resort, but it does the job as far as motels go. Towels were fresh, room was old but clean, air conditioning worked great, and there were motion sensing security cameras everywhere which made us feel super safe. The gentleman who checked us in on Friday evening was so kind, I wish I would have gotten his name! He was very personable and clearly cares about his guests. As many have mentioned, the proximity to the highway is less than ideal due to the noise, but it is not too bad. It’s worth it to be so close to I75…it added almost no time to our trip for that reason.
