Best Western Airport Inn - Hotel in Pearl - 257 S Pearson Rd, USA

Desk person was quick and courteous. Property looked well cared for and room was clean. Everything worked properly. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. I'm up in Jackson annually for a convention at the Trade Mart (about 10 min. away) and stay at hotels in the Pearl area. I chose Best Western this time due to better reviews than the ones I usually get points with. Was not disappointed. I will say that parking might be an issue for vehicles pulling a trailer.

By far the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. If this is the best, I can’t imagine worse ones around here. Bathtub clogged and water came out of both ends. I took a very quick shower because I didn’t want to be in a clogged water too long. the bed sinked with no support. I slept through because I already paid for it and not sure if there is a recourse. It was too late to book another motel, and I wasn’t sure if other motels would be any better. This is Mississippi motel I guess. I didn’t know this was a motel you have door outside like in the Schitt's Creek, lol.

We enjoyed our quick stay here, the pool was super clean as well as our room. Yes, it is a bit outdated but you can tell the staff and management take care of this property. Would definitely consider staying again if I travel through again!

Only giving two stars because the location is good for an overnight stop on the way to Florida beaches. Otherwise this place is pretty rough. Wet carpet, damp and unclean bedding, in desperate need of renovation or just tear down. Had to request fresh sheets and change them before my kids would go to sleep. Praying we didn't catch bed bugs. Breakfast was sparse and I'm pretty sure some of the items had been sitting out for a long time. On the positive, the location feels safe if you're desperate for a room.

The price of the room was good. Just wish they would have had extra pillows, sheets, and covers. We had a king bed with the pull out couch. When we went up front to get the fixings for the pull out couch they proceeded to tell me that they had no extra pillow, Sheets, or covers. They gave me one top sheet to cover the mattress and I had to use the cover on the king bed for the cover. If you want a reasonably priced hotel this is it. You get what you pay for. As for the Cleanliness it was ok.

I have stayed here in the past and the stay was very pleasant that’s why I booked again. However, this time was MUCH WORSE. PLEASEEEE RUN. The staff were nice. The rooms were filthy. It reeked of something spoiled mixed with smoke as soon as we walked in. My fiancé & I were literally itching all night long. We didn’t get any rest. We woke up multiple time throughout the night because we were itching & scratching. The room also had mosquitoes & flies in it as if something had died in there. I don’t know if they had bed begs, fleas or itch powder on the sheets but my god it was AWFUL. The complimentary breakfast was Sickening. The boiled eggs seemed as if they were boiled 2 weeks ago. The yogurt was warm. The sausage tasted like mop water. I WILL NEVER stay at this Best Western Location. 0 STARS. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASEEE spend your money somewhere else.

Run, don't walk. Lobby smells funny and so did the room. Beds looked old and sheets are thin. I had to find a Walmart to buy pillows and cases . Rooms are old and carpet is stained and dirty. I felt itchy all night long. I asked for refund and they refused. Worst best western I have ever stayed at. Not worth the 95.00. Comparable to a motel 6.

The carpet was moist, and the scent was musty. It is stained and in need of replacement badly. As an autistic person, I'm completely sure most people do not like their socks to be damp after walking around. The water pressure in the shower was weak, making it hard to wash soap off. The sink drained slowly, and in the bathroom, there was still trash in the can. The bed was so-so, but the air conditioner was a little loud.
