Best Western Airpark Hotel-Los Angeles Lax Airport - Hotel in Inglewood - 640 W Manchester Blvd, USA

The price range was reasonable, however I wasn't aware of the additional parking fee. But, remembering this is the Los Angeles area and that there is rarely "free parking." The room was nice and clean and look like it had been updated recently. The breakfast was good, all the typical stuff you would expect. The airport is less than 15 minutes away. The hotel is right off the freeway so easy access. There are also food options nearby.

Please don't believe the 4 or 5 stars on these reviews. The location is close to the airport and in a somewhat good location but the rooms are extremely dirty. There was urine and hair in and around the toilet. The rest of the room had dirty rag marks with dust everywhere. I didn't dare to check under the bed sheets. I just layed my own blankets and slept on top of them. I asked if something could be done about it and they sent a very nice old man who came in with a dirty rag, wiped off the urine from the side of the toilet and on the floor, walked out and said "it's clean". We could not wait to check out!!

Our negative experience started right at the beginning with the women at the reception. She was super dry and looked like she hated her job. While we were checking in, she asks for my ID and credit card which all hotels do usually to verify the online booking with my information. Without asking me, she charged my card with the deposit of 100$ and paid for the parking fee of 10$. She didn’t say a word, just took the card and quietly paid. I was surprised a few mins later when I asked her about it, she says “oh I already took the deposit and parking fee”. How rude??? You can’t just charge my card without asking me?? And when I told her you should’ve told me, she couldn’t care less and gave me an annoyed look. Honestly with people like this at the reception, you’re ruining the view of the hotel. Her negativity stayed with me and upset me throughout my entire stay. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

Good location to base yourself out of if planning a trip in the LA area. The location is easy on and off the freeway, which makes it easy to get around. Well, as best you can in LA traffic. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only mark on them is that they still have carpet when most places have moves to laminate floors. But the carpets seemed clean enough.

Surprisingly great hotel. Obviously, nothing fancy, but the rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Nice little pool area to convene with friends. Continental breakfast is typical -- nothing great, not terrible. 24-hour coffee - either in lobby or room - is nice. They provide water too, via a cooler or bottles. As good as a hotel of this caliber can get. Also, great dining at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles across the street, and Randy's Donuts is to die for.

I stay at best westerns all the time so I thought I would try this one. Very dissapointed to be told they have a shuttle and they don't when we arrive. Wanted quiet room so tired got a room busy street so noisy. Like a flushing toilet sound every 5 to 10 mins so couldn't sleep well. Told manager gave no compensation. Complimentary breakfast ok Hot tub was good and hot. Could use updating but was clean and comfy bed.

5 stars because the rooms were a good size, clean, complete, everything worked. Service was top notch. Location to airport-11 minute drive. This was the perfect spot to spend a night so the drive to the airport would be a quick one. The rooms were clean, elevators worked, had the typical comforts. The only downside was how noisy it gets from the traffic below starting at about 5:30am. This place was quiet til morning rush hour. The check in was quick and easy. The continental breakfast was decent. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again but I would need some white noise to drown out the traffic below. I stood in room 313, 3rd floor. For the price I paid to be this close to the airport in a clean, safe hotel - this place can’t be beat.

Overall it was an average experience. We stayed one short night to be close to the airport. Did much of the amenities since we had to get early for our flight morning. The front desk did a good job checking us in but wasn’t too hospitable. Basically didn’t have much personality and not much engaging.
