Affordable, seemed safe, liked that our room had a mini fridge! Nice for a quick one night sleep between our home and final destination

I enjoyed our stay here. You pay for what you get, but I really didn’t have a complaint. I slept well on the bed and there was a good water pressure. Probably not the best side of town, but I never felt threatened on the property. Very close to the canal st exit. Check-in lady was friendly. would stay again if looking to save money.

This was horrible upon arrival. The clerk was one of the least efficient I have seen, working as if it were his first day. I was informed a non smoking room was $100 non refundable fee. There were clothes in a drawer in the room that looked like they belong to a lady of the night. This morning we woke to shower and after we put the handle back on the water pressure would have been stronger on an uphill stream. Do not stay here as there are many other options in the same price range with better amenities.

Nice motel! Everything was very clean and the room was very huge. The staff was very nice and friendly! Our booked room was not available anymore and so we were upgraded for free to a suite room I guess. This room was really awesome! Very huge with two beds and with a complete kitchen and of course microwave and fridge and a huge freezer. The TV was very big with a guide so that you can easily see which programm is currently on screen and which will be next. The bathroom was also very huge with a tub. And I don't know why some people write here about not feeling safe here. Because we felt totally safe here! The motel is surrounded by a fence with code entry and overall cameras. We could sleep very well here. We could highly recommend this motel!

This establishment deserves 0 stars. They’re only getting that 1 because I can’t post without it. They charge you $80 to stay in this horrible place. This place was disgusting and dirty. There is a strong smell of cigarettes, mold, and mildew. The room they gave us seemed like a storage room for the outdated furniture of the other rooms. There were no lamps on the walls, no tissue holder in the bathroom, the shower curtain was horribly stained, wholes in the sheets and comforters, the furniture was broken, worn out and DIRTY. The carpet was disgusting, the floor was dirty. The walls are all stained, the phone wasn’t even connected and the WIFI SUCKS!! All of the good reviews about this place is clearly written by the management and the pictures and good reviews on booking sites are FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Don’t come here and just pay the extra money to stay in a great hotel!

Really good people. Owner's are great people. I have been here for months and they have treated me better than any place I've ever been. By far a great place to go. Quiet. And the owners are not in your business. No crime. Clean room. No bugs. Housekeepers every day.

My boyfriend and I wanted to see the French Quarter. It's pretty far away and you can find other places for about the same price in much better locations. The neighborhood is ugly and with virtually no good food options around. Also, the rooms are nasty! On the first one we went to there was terrible smelly mold on the ceiling, and after we asked for a second room we ended up finding bedbugs. We finally could rest on the third room. We stayed one night only and thank goodness the rest of our trip was in a really nice cozy inn at the garden district that only cost 10$ more per day. Wish we had never set foot on the best way inn. The staff was nice and refunded us for the night, but the place really needs improvement.

Very old. Really the sheets not very clean. The only thing I recommend here is the parking. it is safe because the gate is closed and you can sleep without worries about your car. The receptionist looks like a clean person andThat’s good too.
