Passable for me, but can easily hear the road noise. Partner said she found the bed uncomfortable. Shower was lukewarm. Definitely for those that need a budget hotel or booked last minute during an event.

It was hard to get comfortable. The smell of cigarette smoke in the room was overwhelming. The walls were visibly dirty/dingy. Spilled coffee on the bed frame. A/C/heater was on bricks. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough.

Rooms aren't great, but they're clean. Might have both refrigerator and microwave, might get 1 of the 2. It's a craps shoot. The location is pretty good except for the intersection that it's at. If you want to leave and head south, you're doing a U turn somewhere. Staff is hit or miss. You decide that for yourself

Pros first: The owner was friendly, very accommodating, and professional. The place is being renovated and our room was "done", so the newness of some things was nice and gave it a clean feel at first sight. Heating and air worked great. Nice shower. Comfortable bed. Location is within walking distance of stadium. Cons: German roaches. I wasn't sure what the bugs were at first but I researched. Had some around the vanity, coming from behind the mirror, and in the bathroom. The clean feel left me. The place needs to be treated. Second biggest complaint would be the lighting. Very cold white lighting that comes from ceiling only. I'm sure it's to avoid theft of lamps, but it made the atmosphere very industrial and harsh. Mattress pad, heavily stained and definitely not new. YUCK, the mattress pad is actually right up there at number one complaint with the roaches. Window curtain was old and had spackle on it, but maybe those are yet to be updated. Screws on parking lot. Thankfully my husband had the foresight to think of that since it's being renovated. So we looked around for them and found 3 screws on the parking lot that could have gone into a tire. That was just searching our area. The price. Yes, it was homecoming game weekend, but over $300.00 per night for a motel room, way overpriced. And I read online that there was free breakfast. No free breakfast. So information needs to be updated on internet. Check under the sheets if you're staying here.

We were there 2 nights Thursday Oct.26 through Saturday Oct.28. Friday we left the room to go to our event. Upon returning someone had serviced the room and we noticed our stuff had been gone through. We didn't think much of it at first but Saturday am some of our clothes were missing. A pair of jeans with the tags still on and and a new shirt. I waited until I could check at home and called the Manager he said his people would not do that I said I was sure 100% it happened. He said he would check his security tapes and let me know. I have not heard from him since. I would not recommend staying here because of this. He didn't seem to care.

The desk clerk was courteous and friendly. The room was Not Clean. The faucet handle on the sink was not properly affixed to the faucet, causing it to fall off Every Time. Management/Owner was unbelievably rude. The double room that myself and two other adult family members stayed in came with only two towels, two hand towels and two washclothes. The manager came right out and told me that the room had only two of each, and that is All. Very, very disappointed in this place. Would not recommend it. Definitely not worth the low rate. Dirty, skanky, motel. Ugh
