Its ok if you can afford it rooms vary in price the managers never answer their door at night rooms cost too much and the beds aren't even new sheets they just throw a sheet over the stains never cleaning the bed plus the whole motel has infestation of spiders and roaches

I'd give no stars if I could. The hotel's name has changed to Best Value Inn but they don't have a way to rate it. The hotel is STILL infested with Bedbugs, we reported it and they charged us for 2 nights even though we only stayed 1 night because we reported the bedbugs too late. Don't stay here you will become infested with Bedbugs and they will eat you alive and you won't even know what's happening. Don't get me startes on the roaches, who are so comfortable with people that they just kinda hang out with you. Normally a roach will scatter but the ones there don't even care you are there. By far the WORST place to stay for your money. I'd pay money to never have to see that place again.

Horrible. Not a good place for vacation. Only good thing about the place is that the grocery store is right across the street from it. The bathroom window won't close and door to the room has no actual lock on it 🔐 🚫⚠ Way too many red flags on this place. I think I have bedbugs now I found one on me on the day we checked out 🐛. The walls are so moldy that they are falling apart. Room was filthy when we got there. We stayed up all night long doing nothing but cleaning the room. They advertised that they had kitchenettes there, all there is is a cheap old microwave and a fridge that is falling apart. What little furniture that is there is either broken, plastered all over with wall paper, or both. The stench is awful. Unless you're making a low budget/high risk horror film or something, don't stay at Palms Motel.

I do not even give this hotel in one star. While my visit there I was infested with bed bugs I was brutally attacked from head to toe when I brought this to the Management's attention he was not concerned about fixing the issue he took my rent money $375 called the cops had me trespassed I am disabled he did not care that I did not have any more money. I had to hire someone to help me move due to being disabled I only had a certain amount of time to get my things out due to him trespassing me. I also lost perishable items along with personal items I cannot take these things straight to another place I'm going to have to figure out a way to get rid of the bed bugs which is caused me to lose a lot of personal property. I do not recommend this place for anyone it was filthy they do not clean it the doors do not lock properly it is not a safe place for children. I would not allow a stray dog to stay there it is not safe. The owners do not care they want your money they do not have respect or give respect. I do not even give this hotel a 1-star rating I just had to push that in order to be able to post a comment / review.

Dirty. They don’t clean. Rats roaches and drug addicts all day and night. No WiFi, the tv didn’t work it was a very old big back tv, refrigerator or stove didn’t work either. Never going back

If I could I would give it no stars i would. My husband and I stayed there 1 year in a half our front window was sealed shut and so was our bathroom window the only window that opened was the kitchen. Plus no working smoke detector. And our stove shocked my husband and burner caught fire.

Paid 55 for the room for a night. At worst I was expecting something like a motel 6. I literally almost threw up when I walked in the room. It smelled awful, looked awful, by far the worst hotel ever😖. Needless to say left 10mins after walking in felt like I needed a shower just from being in the room..would have paid 55 to leave the room.

There is roaches everywhere the wall look like there falling apart. the shower looks ragged. My advice is don't go there I spent 55$ on a night and it doesn't look like no 55$
