Ryan was contacted over a continual connection problem for my older than dust computer. He suggested I move past the old technology and speed of my ancient computer. Built a quality computer for only $100 bucks (labor) and about $500 in parts. He suggested the parts, and built it all. I had a great experience; Ryan was professional, communicated well, and did an excellent job. Oh yes, he also warrantied all his work for one year, no extra cost! Absolutely incredible value, service, and professionalism. Brian helped us to quickly diagnose and repair a custom-built PC (i9 3090 full gaming system). He also helped us install a new AIO- he actually walked us through the process and taught us how to do it! He even drove us down to the nearby store to get rubber washers so the AIO fans and radiator would run silently. He stress tested and diagnosed the issues in less than 30 minutes, when it had taken our original hire over two weeks with no success. The price was absolutely unbeatable, and Brian is such a knowledgeable and incredibly kind person. He helped us day and night, and even when he was sick and recovering, and the entire appointment was made day-of and on incredibly short notice. He told us he usually only does drop-offs that late at night, but wanted to make sure he could help us in the way we needed. I don't think I have received better customer service at any establishment to date, which was an absolutely incredible turn of events as I have so little experience in this industry and field and was so stressed and worried while encountering the issues with the computer and during my search for a technician. He advised us on everything under the sun, and we had an incredible and fun time working with him even during such a stressful and difficult situation for us. He has even gone so far as to answer lingering questions via text. My daughter broke my computer (she's 2) I called Brian and explained what happened, he came by the same day and was very professional and kind with me (I know zero about computers) he figured out what was wrong and we agreed how he would fix it. He came back and fixed it and made it to where she couldn't damage it again if she tried to do thr same thing . He was very awesome to work with and I will absolutely use him again !

Brain has helped me with many computer issues over the years. On one occasion I could not get my sisters computer to start up. I called Brian up and he said there was something in the A drive. I told him I already pushed the eject button. He very calmly and patiently begged me to actually look inside the slot. My little nieces had stuffed the slot with paper clips, rubber bands, hair accessories and many other small unidentifiable things. This story is typical for his computer knowledge, and patient experienced costumer service. Its only rarely that the adorable antics of my nieces have come into these interactions.
