Best Motel - Motel in Lakeland - 601 E Memorial Blvd, USA

It was a very nice room big they cleaned our room and made the bed and brought new towels everyday. No bugs at all that was a very big plus. Also the owner even let us use his air compressor to air our tire up and that was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel!!

It is definitely old and in need of some real TLC in the room we had, but in our 2 day stay, we saw zero bugs. Skylar was the star employee coming through in the clutch when we had spilled drinks on our bed, bringing us fresh sheets and blanket. Then, he fixed the cable issue with our tv. It's not the best, but it's certainly not the worst, and reasonably priced.

I had checked out another hotel in town and it wasn't the safest place to stay so I kept looking until I came up on this one with a price that I could afford I met Chris and Skyler they are the night auditors two very nice gentlemen and very helpful they show me the room I was going to get which is on the first floor if our money that they were remodeling the hotel which I had no problems with they had enough security lights around the place and security cameras which made me feel a lot safer and it was very quiet around the area there weren't people just standing around outside. The next morning I met Al who is the owner of the hotel he informed me here just taking it over last year and he's doing a lot of changes you can see where he's putting new furniture in the room. It was very clean the beds were very comfortable. The shower had a new shower head and lots of hot water which was great. Again I recommend this hotel very much if you're staying in Lakeland and going for the air show.

I stayed here for a few weeks. When me and my brother first got here, the room was spotless, parking lot is clean, room service very kind and mannered. The owner is a great guy, very respectable. The surrounding area is great too, lots of places to eat, a grocery store, hair cuttery. I'd recommend this place to all my friends and family!

So a place of business is only as good as the people working there. This place is not the Taj mahal but it's quiet beds are comfortable and the location is near everything you need. And then we have Melissa at the front desk... outstanding! Efficient friendly and goes out of her way to make sure all your needs are met

This hotel use to be very nice, but now it's so rundown, it needs to be knocked down and rebuilt or renovated quick fast and in a serious hurry, the sheets and blanket on the bed could've been cleaner and the room, yeah need to get it together and maybe people will start back staying

The rooms are clean no bugs sweet staff me and my wife absolutely love this hotel the prices are great we love Skyler and Christina. We also love miss porcha she is very sweet she does a good job cleaning the room this place is out standing I love staying here it's a safe place to lay ur head

Nice place to stay, the owner and the staff are great. Cleaned the room every day why I was at work. Got cameras all around, so felt good about my work truck. I'll stay here anytime I'm in town.
