Best Inn - Motel in Salina - 1220 W North St, USA

What a great surprise for the money. We stayed in room 28 which was in the newer part of the motel. The only bad thing was we couldn’t see our car in the parking lot, but it seems plenty safe. Beautiful hard surface floor in bath & entry. Had 2 queen beds, microwave, and mini fridge with separate freezer, desk, chair, large cabinet under tv. Plenty of storage for clothes. Lot of light, including in the shower. Everything was so clean! We were even able to use the Wi-Fi which was a surprise being so far away from the office. I would definitely stay here again if passing through. Highly Recommend this place!

Positive: Super clean rooms and facility this is the nicest motel that I have stayed in. I traveled 9 months out of the year for 4 years and stayed in upscale hotels that did not have as nice decoration as this place does No smokeing and no vaping are a bonus! Negative: The door that allows access to the newest addition and the coffee bar does not lock. The coffee machines are only on in the mornings from 3 AM to 10 AM. Rooms are a bit small and the parking lot is tight.

I won’t lie- given the low price and the location, I was skeptical. However, our stay was excellent! My boyfriend and I had a clinical rotation at Salina Regional, and had to be out the door very early in the mornings. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed to get a good night’s sleep between shifts. The “mini fridge” is extra large and has a freezer, so it was convenient to keep snacks and lunches to bring to the hospital. The TV is large and looks very new. The room was IMMACULATELY clean. When we got back to the room in the evenings, the bed was freshly made and there were even fresh vacuum lines in the carpet. My only complaints are that we had to go buy hangers (there are none in the room), there was no iron, and the towels are pretty thin and undersized. But given the price and the cleanliness, those things are easily forgiven.||If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, no-frills place to get a solid night’s sleep, I highly recommend this place.

Positive: We stayed in a new room which was very clean and super comfortable beds! Excellent price! Negative: The staff gave our booked room to somebody else by mistake. They gave us a nice room but it took a very long time to sort out what happened. The person who messed up did not easily admit they did. No compensation, but our room was nice.

Great value, new rooms and building, clean, well appointed , with easy check in and check out. For a stop over on a longer trip, this is ideal, and the owner was friendly, efficient and helpful. I would 100% stay again. Bring your own travel mug for coffee, the cups provided are tiny, with no lids available.

This is our second stay at Best Inn and it is the cleanest hotel that we have EVER stayed at. We both have traveled for business and stayed at some very upscale hotels. Best Inn is a by far the cleanest hotel. |The shower was an easy walk-in and has excellent pressure. |While there is no breakfast, there is coffee and juice 24 hours a day.

I can’t say enough positive things about this motel. We stayed here while passing through on a road trip. It was FAR superior to the chain hotel we stayed at when we were on our way to Missouri at the start of our trip. It was so clean, the staff was friendly, the shower pressure was amazing, the beds super comfortable, we always felt safe and the value is incredible. This is a 5/5 and I’d have zero hesitancy recommending this place to others.

This may have been the Cleanest Room that I have ever stayed in my 75 years. The room was in excellent shape and everything looked almost Brand New. The shower head was the best I have ever seen in any hotel or motel. Everything worked as it should.
