This wonder shop far exceeds expectations, and the reviews are on point! I went ahead and ordered the Brownie Batter after a review, and now, I'm hooked. The biscuits and gravy were perfect for a quick bite along with the "Mama's boy sandwich. The service and employees are the icing on the cake and truly complete the whole experience! This is one of the better coffee shops I have visited. They have a great selection of drinks and the service was friendly and quick. This is easily one of the top 5 coffee shops I have frequented. I highly recommend this place!

Visited 8.25 and my bagel order was messed up when I got to work and opened my foil. Called them and a pleasant lady named "Kat" told me no problem and how I can come and say my name and they'll make another one... I went today and got the bagel remade with remarkable customer service. Also got a Strawberry Mango drink. Wish there was more strawberries in there but yum! Would be 5 stars but the line moves really slow to be fair.

This is a great place to hang out. There are three rooms with a variety of seating options. It's a great atmosphere there's a large outdoor area to enjoy on nice days that's got an overhang. The food is so fab! The new addition is awesome they added a new room! The couches! The music! The place is better than ever! The Sandwiches! Stop yourself from going overboad! It's easy to do! They are incredible! The BULLDOG bagel sandwich! Whoa! Stand back! Makes you wanna wanna do party tricks!

Had the most fantastic experience at Best Friends Coffee & Bagels! Visiting from out of town, I was on the lookout for a locally-owned coffee spot, and this place truly delivered. No surprise it has such stellar reviews! The coffee flight I ordered was absolutely delicious, and the ample seating inside the coffee shop made it perfect for a productive few hours of work on my laptop. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I can't recommend this place enough! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is phenomenal; the story of the owners, the cold brew and their flight options, the staff, the food! I WILL be going back!

Food & coffee not worth the absurd pricing. Been a few times to confirm… Sandwiches were bland (and dry meat.) Coffee cost $2-3 more than Starbucks, calm down ya’ll… On top of that, they gently “force” a tip (there’s no easy way to not tip without accidentally cancelling out of their system… stop 👏 tipping 👏 for 👏 THREE MINUTES 👏 of 👏 work and zero customer service.)

This is tough. I go here all the time because my friends love meeting here. It’s a great place to hang out. Nothing fancy and you feel you can be yourself and just hangout. On the other hand, I don’t think I’ve ever loved a drink from here. Sometimes the iced drinks are so watery because I’m sure things were mixed in the wrong order. We got the latte flight once and liked one a bit out of all of them. I’m not saying shame on you guys. I’m sure everyone is trying. But I hate spending money and consistently not liking my drinks. It’s the only place great to go to in Brownsburg like this, but I’d rather pay $4 and bring my own coffee. You know?
