Très mauvais motel. Chambres très sales, odeurs de cigarette, mauvais état de la salle de bain et de la literie. Taches et brûlures sur les draps et les couvertures. Trois chambres visitées, toutes en mauvais état, dont une sans lampe.

Honestly, even one star is too much for this "so-called motel". Never, in my life, have I EVER had such a negative experience in a motel! The pictures i took of our room should convey my experience. The carpet in our room didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a month! I was afraid to sleep in the bed, for fear of bedbugs, or spiders, etc. Thank goodness, I had packed a big blanket and our pillows, So we could be on top of the covers. I had originally paid for a 2 night stay. But after seeing our room, I asked to be transferred to a different room or get refunded for the 2nd night. Early the next day I went to exchange our room key. I decided to take a look at the new room before moving into it. IT WAS AS BAD AS THE 1ST ONE! I went back to the lobby and told the lady behind the desk it was just as bad as my current room. She came outside and proceeded to check it out and agreed with me. She opened up at least 5 more rooms and they were ALL AS BAD IF NOT WORSE than the first room. My pictures should explain everything. Needless to say, I'll NEVER try this place again!

No electrical outlets near bed or nightstands, dirty bathtub, dirty floors, dirty sink, dirty door handles, dirty drawer handles, torn curtains, dirty sheets, dirty pillows, no mattress covers to cover the dirty mattresses, no hangers, empty Kleenex holder, cigarette smells, had to ask for a clean sheets & pillowcases, key card worked 10% of the time...pretty sure I was part of a hidden camera TV show... But nobody revealed themselves.

We had a bad experience with these people at this motel, wouldn't give us a refund for our stay when we paid cash not only that there were bed bugs and roaches and the bedding wasn't cleaned. My bf and I both were bitten by the bed bugs, and we even showed the front desk a bed bug and they still didn't do anything about it. Don't stay there EVER save your money or go elsewhere

The lady at the front desk was real nice but I should have expected what the condition of the place was when she told me about a 10 minute refund policy to get a full refund if you don't like the room.. I was extremely tired and just needed to stop for a few hours but man.. it's Bakersfield so I expected sketch activity but the room adjacent to mine had the door completely ajar trash everywhere (I thought it had been trashed and was going through some work) but as I pass the door there's a guy's chilling there in the pitch black smoking a cigarette 😅😭😭 bruh.. Then the only light in the room was the bathroom light so had to get that refund.. I would say if they get new ownership and get a Gate and security like the motel 6 next door they could do a lot for the patrons.

The staff here is so frilly, I have to be away for a while, my wife is going to be perfectly safe here.
