I went to Best Buy in Corona to buy something for my boyfriend birthday and the gentleman who helped me today was very nice and went out of this way to get my product delivered the same day. Thank you for all your help Jake I appreciate it !!!
Very pleased with the service I received from Elijah. I was looking for an Apple Watch. I requested some coaching, Elijah was kind and knowledgeable. Btw. I ran across many other sales men and women while looking confused and nobody offers assistance! This gentleman was the only one willing to help. Not the first time this happens either. Some rather socialize with coworkers instead of helping customers who are looking at items and have questions.
Need to speak to someone in customer care at this location? Good luck! I have been calling this location for two days trying to speak with someone about a return that I had to end up picking the tv department in the automated system just for someone to finally answer. Not to mention their return policy is a complete joke. When did making it right for a customer become such a hassle? It’s no wonder Best Buy is struggling. Don’t make a mistake purchasing the wrong item because Best Buy will not let you return it after 2 weeks.

Had a great experience with Sophia helping me pick a Laptop for my dad, with her knowhow and friendly personality, we found one surprisingly quick, I haven't had such great customer service in quite a while, I will definitely be back again.
Lots of good stuff. When I walk in someone always greets me kinda of nice I like that. Had the geek guys check my phone 📱 had a issue they told what was wrong. And talked to another guys about Alexa he told me about Alexa and what it does. It was cool I'm probably going to get one but not now
Came in today to buy a keyboard and was helped out by Sofia, she was super knowledgeable about the product and helped me answer any questions I had. She went above and beyond customer service wise very friendly!
Wow, Julian was a superstar! He really knew his stuff when it came to picking out the right printer and TV for us. Not only did he guide us through the tech specs and features, making sure we got exactly what we needed, but he also went above and beyond. After we checked out, he didn't hesitate to help load our car with the new gadgets. His help was so appreciated, especially since those boxes can be super bulky and awkward. Julian's customer service was top-notch, and it made the whole shopping experience a breeze!
I bought a $300 razor and tried to return it the next day, The customer service representative was stuck up and full of attitude... she said that I've had it Longer than a day or I had a different one at home.... and they would not accept it I'm pissed I won't go to this location again. I hope that somebody treats that little bizzo exactly how she did me so she understands that you can't treat customers like that.
