My wife and I, shop there every time we need electronic. Best prices in town and they have a variety of Electronic Device. Excellent customer service, salesman & saleswoman are very knowledgeable with items. I highly recommend Best Buy.

The morning of 07/29/24 I headed to Best Buy in search of a Refrigerator. Erik Gurule approached me and asked if he could help with anything. He was so patient and knowledgeable! Narrowed it down to three that I liked, and within 25 minutes, paperwork was signed and I was out the door! My Refrigerator was delivered this morning, and I'm very happy with it! I purchased the Insignia 18 CUft, and was told if I see it goes on sale from now till Labor Day, they will apply a credit. Thank you Erik! You were awesome, and really helpful!
This is the worst Best Buy I ever was.
Waiting to buy an iPad or Mac but serbmvice was busy with socializing. When they found the time they need to call someone else. After a while show up but was busy on the phone.
Sorry Best Buy your lost at least one K today.

The best customer service I’ve seen in a while . The salesmen there were so friendly and educated on their tvs and appliances. I hate returning items but first go items were too big and they gave me no trouble bringing them back and were so helpful with my returns. I will definitely be back for future needs.
Absolute scam! I paid the Geek Squad $200 to figure out what was wrong with my pc. Less than 2 hours after I handed it over, I get a call saying that they can’t test it with other computer parts because “they don’t have any”….. All they know is it wasn’t the power supply. I walked around the following day and saw they had plenty of parts. When I asked about getting a refund, they said that they couldn’t do that since they had “completed the requested service”.
Took the same pc to Micro Center and for only $40 I had a definitive answer in that same time.
Absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience.
Original was going to leave a lower review, but thanks to Joe from the moble installation team he made it 5 stars. Came down to get a stereo and rear view camera install. Was gifted to me by my folks, went into pick up to grab the parts need. Claimed the order was canceled since it was more than 5 days had passed. However on the receipt it said a different date to pick up, so it would have to be repurchased and a rescheduled appointment.
Thankfully Joe looked over the multiple receipts I was given and figured it out. I very much appreciate him for his efforts. Saved me as well as my parents time, money, and a large headache. If only the in-store employees and parts geeks would have caught this when I gave them the receipts.

Horrible service!! Received a call from the Geek Squad at this store regarding my repair. They left a phone number and extension that goes to a voicemail that nobody ever checks. Tried calling the store several times and I can never speak to anyone at the store. All calls get routed to a call center for virtual assistance and none of those people can help.
BEST GYM AROUND. I boxed at 4 different Gyms before C and F and there's no where like it. Coach Sunny and Coach Albert are not only great coaches but great mentors. C and F trains to win but also focuses on being men of character. Everyone is treated
