Terrible Place Came To Get A Replacement Sim Card For Mint Mobile no one available in the mobile department terrible store left me waiting for almost 45 minutes nobody came to help me in cell phone Departent terrible customer service

I ordered an open box TV that was supposed to be an excellent condition with all original parts and packaging. I drove over an hour to the store. I waited 45 minutes for them to bring out the TV. It had no original packaging and was faced down on the LCD screen on top of the pallet jack. The store manager said that there was nothing they can do and wouldn’t even validate my parking. This is a horrible location with no problem-solving skills or customer service. If you can go to any other Best Buy, please do yourself a favor!

I have been there multiple times with no issues until a while ago. The first time I set foot there nobody said anything to me. I was wandering around looking for a few items I wanted to buy and for someone to help me compare different iPads I was interested in. NOT ONE PERSON was around and I went to the front end post and the guy who didn’t even look at me said just wait for someone to come through. About 45mins into my shopping did I finally get someone. They went to go look in the back for something I asked for but never came back out. I guess customers asking bunch of questions about a product seems to turn them off because another employee lady asked if I was being helped and I said yes but he never came back out and he never told me his name so I couldn’t tell her who I was talking to. I continue to look on my own at that point since I figured out this is one of those stores where you just have to fend for yourself and expect no one to help you unless you’re ready to pay. I overhear two guys talking about how they didn’t want to go find something in the back and they just are hiding in the back to avoid helping people. They were in the back with the door open but I was at the back shelves looking at the items nearby when I overheard them since they were laughing pretty loud. After an hour and a half of no assistance I had to leave and thought okay maybe today isn’t a good day for them. I came back a few days later to pickup online orders and of course nobody greeted me and it took 40mins for someone to come help me. I would’ve gone elsewhere but they were the only store that had all of the items in stock at the time. Came back again and watched a man get confronted about stealing but he didn’t take anything and nobody gave him chance to explain as he didn’t speak English so well. Whoever was at the front threatened to drag him out if he didn’t leave. I went through something similar but forgot I even got the item and I was accused when I simply was looking for someone to help price check since nobody was at checkout and the item I found wasn’t in the correct spot. The guys at the front are no help and people just seem to avoid anyone that needs help because they all go to the back and hide out until you get tired and give up. I met a lady that used to work there and told me her experience was terrible and they don’t treat customers respectfully nor acknowledge anyone unless you keep bothering them for the proper assistance. The last time I picked up an item and they made me wait 20-30mins before telling me they didn’t have it and to call customer service to get I resolved and that there was nothing they could do even though online it said they had it. I have never been to a place with such disrespectful and rude employees in my life. If that’s how they treat customers they shouldn’t be open for business. It’s a damn shame and very humiliating. Each experience left me feeling upset and frustrated and very inconvenient like I was a burden for just being there. I’ve worked customer service for years and you don’t treat people like that or don’t work in the field at all!!! After my last visit I will never be returning this sorry excuse of a store that claims to help people with whatever they need. You need to hire a BRAND NEW staff. I’ve heard complaints about this store before but didn’t take it seriously but now I know and see why! ! I have returned all the items that needed to be returned and I am not a person that leaves bad reviews but this one had to be done. For everyone out there ANY OTHER STORE is better than this one! Shame on the employees that treat humans like trash and shame on the owner for keeping such people on the job. The attitude is disgraceful and unpleasant. Not enough staff either but the wrong ones are there. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME THE MOMENT YOU SET FOOT INSIDE!!!!

Our sales guy was helpful and also Knowledgeable. I believe his name was Joseph??? Not 100% but I know it was a biblical name ! He even helped us to the elevator and down to the main level with 2 TV’s ! Awesome 👏🏾 Job

Came to buy a tv there was no one available to help workers were walking around and there registers were empty with no workers I waited like 30 mins maybe more just to get help with the TV I got pictures too but google won't allow me to post them the floor was empty with no workers around 12:40pm I left about 1:40pm when I was done

The guy that helped me bring my air conditioner to my car was helpful :) only complaint about this store is that they blast music in the front speakers at an extremely high, impractical / uncomfortable volume that makes it impossible to speak with store associates and hear them… I hope they don’t do this on purpose so that customers give up on asking employees for help… it might’ve been unintentional, but either way, I’m hard of hearing and it made my experience at this store very inaccessible for my disability. You can jam if you want, the music was a good vibe, just lower the volume to a more reasonable level please !

The employees GIVING the customer service are pretty decent at doing so. There just isn't enough of them. Seriously understaffed stores usually don't keep employees.

One of my favorite places to go! Always helpful when I go in stores. I get all my electronics at this place and they last me!
