Best Buy - Electronics store in Loveland - 6075 Sky Pond Dr, USA

Just had the best experience ever here! Shane was so helpful, extremely kind and personable. His knowledge of the product was amazing, and he took his time to ensure the best possible experience for us. We will definitely be back to see him and also greatly appreciate knowing we have an excellent source of support at Best Buy!! Thank you Shane!! 100/10!

I’m not even sure about one star, but no stars wasn’t an option. Was quoted and saw printed sign in store that said $180 to data transfer from old laptop to new, plus $40 for setup of new computer. When I get there with both laptops, they want another $100 because of the ‘second device’. No, that’s what ‘transfer’ means and for which you’re charging $180. Nope, they want $100 for the second device. I asked, if I don’t leave it, how will you transfer data? Well, you have to leave it for us to do that. Yes, for which you’re charging $180. Round and round. And they wonder why they have such awful reviews. This is why, peeps, this is why. I left neither computer. Won’t give them our business again. And, no, I’m not going to post all that personal info on social media (see store response below). You have the complaint here, that’s your documentation.

Always helpful and so nice. I needed a new keyboard, and I love that I can order online and swing by to pick up curbside. :)

It felt like there were 6 people working at 4PM and just 2 people weren't enough for the service required in the back. All I wanted was a portable SSD, from a locked case, and to ask a few questions, and maybe I'm impatient, but after I finally had my turn with one of the customer service men, he was pretentious, dropped the product I wanted right in front of me, and whether or not these things are "durable" it's also the principle. It seems that the kid working either hates his job, or is simply pretentious and cocky, I assume his name was Anthony. However, the two other mid 20s individuals who were pushing around a cart, seemed to simply not hear me say "excuse me" up to 4 times, I was wondering where certain products were, customer service is just not the strong suit when it comes to this store and what could've been a 15 - 20 minute experience turned into 30 - 45 minutes, I hope someone gives those folks some pointers, because as a customer, i felt ignored. I don't want to spend money at a best buy if I'm not going to be taken as a customer.

Worst Best Buy I’ve been to. I had my ps5 for a few months and I’m a plus member and my ps5 won’t turn on and they said they can’t do nothing because I didn’t buy geek squad protection this ps5 was barely used and not a scratch on it if that’s how you treat people who have spent thousands and did a membership with you then you lost my business

Poor customer service. Had more security personnel, than cashiers to help paying customers. Stood in line for 10 minutes at 2:15pm on a Monday. I left the line and handed my one item to the security person, and they didn’t even mutter a word. This business as a whole is on its last legs. It’s beyond apparent that they have completely abandoned in store customer services in a lackluster attempt to compete with online sales, ie Amazon.

Fast friendly got in and out had what I needed!

For us, it was an in and out experience. They had the large, curved monitor we needed, the sales associate who helped us was knowledgeable, and it was on sale, the best price we could find anywhere online. Thanks for the treat, Best Buy!
