Bought TV and mounting service from Best Buy. The TV pulled away from the wall and bent the TV mount. The installers did not hit the stud square with one of the bolts. They must have known they did not hit the stud square as you can see in the photo they put a secondary anchor next to only that one bolt. Best Buy would not repair or even offer a discount to repair.
I don’t know how to make a review on your website but I wanted to say I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I had while I was in there two days ago. I believe the young man’s name is Vinny. He helped me exchange an item and when I was concerned about the new open-box monitor I was buying he opened the box and even cleaned the screen for me to see it was in good condition.
I was also met with helpful people at other departments. The hiring manager must be doing great work here. Thank you
The BEST Best Buy experience EVER!!!
We travel around the country in our RV and have visited many different Best Buy stores but tonight was the best experience we’ve ever had at a store. Best service ever and that was thanks William aka Will.i.am. The rest of the staff was awesome too but he made our night and helped us find everything we needed!
Nice place but sometimes I wish when you didn't have to tell 15 people that you're just looking. After 10 minutes I just left an ordered a laptop off Amazon because I couldn't even look at them without being stopped every 20 seconds asked what I'm looking for in a laptop. Appreciate the help to an extent but after the 4th person in 2 minutes maybe coordinate and tell the other people this person just want a chance to look at them. Felt like I walked into a used car dealership with one last car and 100 salesman all trying to sell it.
Purchased over 3000.00 worth of merchandise and sold a 2 year protection plan in July of 2023. Told that it was a 2 year protection plan, then saw 1 year later they billed my credit card an additional 192.00. When questioning the charge I was told that it was to keep the plan in place. So Best Buy sells you a plan at the same rate for 2 years , then cancels your policy if you don't renew after 1. So in order to keep the 2 year policy at 192.00 you have to renew at 1 year for the same price, needless to say my 13 month old dryer just stopped working and I am out of pocket for the repair of this 13 month old dryer.Be aware and ask questions, not only did they sell me a p.o.s. dryer, they failed to disclose that it was an additional cost, per year than what you already paid, and your original 2 year plan was null and void after 1. Shop somewhere else, Best Buy is a scam and sell less than quality appliances.
FIFTEEN day return policy unless you’re a member? That’s absolutely ridiculous and a pathetic last ditch effort to keep at least a trace of some sales. This place sucks and I really hope the company goes bankrupt. I was in the hospital and couldn’t make the 15 day mark. Came in a single day after and there’s “nothing they can do” and customer service can’t do anything either? Seriously, no options at all unless you want to pay $50 to be a member to their crappy store that clearly no one wants to be in. Oh, and the actual store itself “doesn't take calls”, but gives their third party customer service agents absolutely no authority to do anything. I hope this business model gets this company exactly where it deserves to be.

Went to best buy to buy a tv. A lady named Tara helped us. Asked if we wanted help carrying it out to the car. I said yes. Waited for 20 minutes... saw her exiting to leave and had to go back in to have someone else bring out the tv. Very poor customer service.
If you enjoy a classic diner experience, this place is for you.
The service was good, with helpful and knowledgable staff, the food was brought over in a timely manner, and had great flavor (ultimate omelette).
The portions were also good sized.

We purchased an elliptical there and the manager was very friendly and helpful. They delivered it and set it up which made it nice. I had trouble getting the heart rate monitor to work and they had a new one sent to me. They had a decent variety and
