Best Buy - Electronics store in Marina - 101 General Stilwell Dr, USA

Placed an order online for pickup. Went to the store, was greeted when I walked in, walked up to the counter and showed the barcode for pickup. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes to get my items and I was out of the store. I can say I've definitely had a better experience going to Best Buy in Marina than some of the other Best Buys in the area

I went to this location to drop off a laptop battery for recycling. This location no longer has a drop box for them, and I was directed by the door security to the customer service desk. After waiting in line for ten minutes, I was informed that I needed a Best Buy customer account to drop off a battery for recycling. I wasn't going to spend another ten minutes doing that. If you want to drop off an electronics battery here, clear a full 30 minute slot from your schedule.

Great customer service, even when I didn't understand, and became overwhelming. I'm so glad I have them available for all my devices. Very knowledge, too. Felt, I was in good hands with all.

And that is why retail is dying... Came in because online it clearly said this store had a display model to look at, so I wanted to see the display model of a large $1,300 monitor to make sure I liked it before buying it. There was literally nobody on the sales floor so I had to go up front and ask for help. When the guy walked back I asked a very simple, nice question. His repsponse was extremely rude and just said "no I don't have it" with a snarky attitude and pointed to an empty spot where it should be. Didn't even look me in the face and just walked off. These are the kinds of examples which leaves me just just shop online and not come to these stores. Another example why retail is dying. Thanks for the great experience!

Horrible experience with the management, very unprofessional and misleading with wrong informations, went in and saw a product with a wrong price tag in a locked cabinet display ( no way a customer could have swap those) manager will not honor the price tag, and he even showed a site that supposedly backs up his belief which I realize after I did a research on it after, totally it has nothing to do with the product I was purchasing, he basically made a fool out of me

Dishonest and fraudulent service. Ordered a Sony digital camera. Was delivered 2 Amazon RING cameras. Returned them to this store. Manager refused to provide a receipt for rings, and later claimed that *no* merchandise was ever returned. Now I'm out $2025 because I did business with Best Buy instead of a reputable seller. AVOID BEST BUY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Better options are available.

Was looking for a new kitchen TV, and they were able to put me into a 24 inch smart unit for under $100. The person who waited on me was very knowledgeable.

Went in to buy a fridge. They didn’t have anything for carry out, only for delivery. I needed it that day. To be fair, a lot of places are turning to this so I can’t fault Best Buy. However, they would’ve had my money if they had product to take home. The staff were extraordinarily helpful, despite me going home empty handed.
