My son received a gaming pc as a gift. It was defective. There was something wrong with the built in graphics card. I contacted the giver. They sent me a return request. They sent me a gift receipt. When I went to Best Buy they were closed. I brought it the next morning and even though the return was initiated online the day it needed to be returned by, they would not even exchange or give a store credit. I do not recommend making major purchases from Best Buy. The giver told me they spent over $750 on the item. The honorable thing for Best Buy to do would have been to honor the return that was initiated online and find a way to do it considering it was a gift. Highly disappointed and you would be better off shopping at Costco for electronics.

I’ve been a customer with Best Buy for years since that’s my one stop store for electronics. Best Buy sent me a 10% off offer coupon that can be used on electronics; I tried using the coupon for the discounted price offered on a Samsung sound bar but was denied buy the associate. Instead I was told to purchase the sound bar online then wait an hour for the order to be processed when I’m already in the store with the sound bar in hand just to waste my time. I didn’t have time to waste since I have another stop so I purchased at full price. Disappointed. This store needs more knowledgeable employees.

It was 3 times as many staff in the store and they never bothered to ask if we or 2 other families needed help and when I asked for help they said they would call for someone. 10 minutes later I left. People say why go to VA, well atleast they help you if only to get you out the store.

I'm a loyal customer of the brand of Best Buy. Went in the store today determine to buy another microwave. Wasn't greeted at the door despite three people standing near the door having a private conversation, all wearing Best Buy shirts. Went and looked at what I wanted then had to wait for assistance. I literally waited near the desk as another customer was being waited on and watched another associate sit still the desk, asking everyone else if they needed assistance but me. As the man who was waiting on the woman began walking away, I asked could he call someone to assist me and he asked the man that's totally ignored me if he's could help me. The man apologized for his oversite. Cool. Then he suggested that I get a cart. He could tell I was peeved about the oversite. What could have saved this transaction was me being assistant outside to get this medium sized appliance in my car that other customers assisted with. Really? I'm at dedicated shopper of this store and brand. There is no way that I would even go back into the this store again. Customer service is unheard of now, especially hood customer service. Additional training is needed across the store.

The whole meal was absolutely flavorless and a waste of money. I feel like I got robbed of how bland the food was. The fries were little to none and the burrito wasn’t even in the form of a burrito but more of a wrap. The chicken tasted like it was brought out the microwave and heated up….. was absolutely terrible this whole meal

We went in just to see if they had a certain laptop we were thinking about. Shae was incredibly helpful looking it up for us and answering all our questions about what that kind of laptop offered. Even though we didn't order it right away (we did later online), Shae was more than happy to give us advice. A great employee!

Samsung DU7200 60in. Date of purchase: Tues 3 September Tried to Return: Thur 5 September Waldorf MD BestBuy. ****BestBuy has the tv**** We are doing renovations and we did not get a chance to open the tv until a day later. I included that fact because we were told that we should have opened the TV box within 24hrs of purchase. (We were not told that at the time of purchase.) When I spoke with the BestBuy company on the phone that was not the case. When we opened and went to hang the tv, I noticed what I thought was wrinkles in the protective film on the bottom left (as you look at the tv). We hung the tv and on closer inspection I realized that the tv screen itself was cracked as I lifted that corner of film. We stopped and removed it from the mount, put it back in the bottom styrofoam support, we re-boxed it and took it back to Best Buy. As we spoke with them (the manager and asst), they said there was damage to the top of the TV and kept telling me that there were finger prints on the TV's film. My question was/is 'how do you pick up something without using your fingers'. (At my house) I saw only the damage on the bottom left of the TV, where I lifted some of the film to check it. I don't know where that top damage came from. I do know when they demonstrated how to take the TV out of the box, they did not follow the manufacturers instructions, that is printed on the box. They did the exact opposite. How can they tell me what and how I did when they do it incorrectly. While we were in conversation with the manager and asst manager. Another customer stepped up and said the same thing happened to her with a Samsung TV. I want a refund

Don’t buy anything from Best Buy. Bought a washer and dryer recently And it was supposed to be delivered today between 12-4pm window. Got a call at 405pm said they were running behind schedule. Got the run around 3 different times. Here it is 8pm still don’t have it delivered what a joke. Totally unacceptable. Don’t worry about me buying anything from there again.
