Best Buy - Electronics store in Fullerton - 120 E Imperial Hwy, USA

I spoke to Best Buy on the phone in reference to a possible exchange that was a day past the exchange window. They advised me to go to the local store and speak to a manager about it. That the manager could make an exception if I just had a word with him or her. When I arrived at the store I spoke to someone at the register who then proceeded to call over a girl named Isabel. Isabel is the reason why I’m doing this review. I didn’t go to the store expecting the exception but she sure did leave a negative impression with her demeanor, and how she carried herself during the interaction. She made faces of annoyance as if I was taking time away from her day. She also cut me off while speaking and was rude to the female co-worker at the register who had called her over. I’m not even sure if she was the manager corporate advised me to speak to, but her mannerism and bad attitude made me not want to deal with it anymore. We purchase items from Best Buy maybe once or twice every two months and she makes us want to take our business elsewhere.

I'm very happy with my experience today. I came in to trade in a laptop that wasn’t working for me, and Sam was a tremendous help. He gave us excellent recommendations and was very knowledgeable. I've had poor service at this Best Buy location before, which is why I usually go to the one in Anaheim, but since this one is closer, I decided to give it another try—and I'm glad I did. Sam was friendly and really took the time to help us find the right laptop. While the specific model we wanted wasn’t available in the store, we ended up choosing a MacBook. The checkout process was quick, and Sam handled everything smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Sam, I also want to apologize for misgendering you earlier—I accidentally referred to you as "she."

I paid $9.99 for same-day delivery. After the item failed to be delivered, I tried calling the Fullerton store. They NEVER pick up the phone. Go ahead and try it. If you wait ten minutes, you will be transferred to the foreign call center. Like I said, go ahead and try it. Neither the foreign call center nor the online chat people could tell me anything other than "your order is being prepared" and will be delivered today. The web page, on the other hand, says it's NOT available for same-day delivery, and they'll get around to shipping the order in a day or two. Out of frustration and an urgent need to get this item, I ordered from Amazon. The new problem is Best Buy will not let me cancel the order. They won't deliver the item as promised, and they won't let me cancel the order. I will NEVER order from Best Buy again. What a nightmare!

Shopped here a few times with in store and .com pick up orders over time and generally it’s a solid location. Today I had an excellent customer service experience with Aaron at the Customer Service desk up front and just wanted to jump on here to say a big thank you to him and management at this Best Buy location for having him on board. Thank you!

Best Buy has really nice employees. Didn't need any help really, so I didn't interact with them much, but the greeter lady at the door was nice. Good selection of electronics as expected, and a surprisingly good lot of gaming laptops. Surprisingly, Best Buy is a haven for collectors. The collectible/toy section is one of the best stocked I've ever seen at a retail storefront, carrying a good variety of stuff that is often already sold out elsewhere.

I usually have had great experiences with this place, but I’m honestly disappointed that I bought a laptop from them that apparently had a known issue that they did not disclose with me until after I had purchased it and requested them to repair it. The track pad apparently is known to malfunction with the laptop I purchased and they did not inform me until I had gone in a second time to have it fixed, to which they told me that it would never fully work because of the model. When I asked about sending it out to Dell to get it looked at or even getting a replacement they told me I would have to either have it damaged with water or have the screen damaged in some way, essentially the worker was telling me I would have to damage my own laptop in order to fix it. I don’t understand how that makes any sense, I would never want to purposely destroy my own laptop randomly like that. Even after having it “fixed” nothing changed and just as fate would have it I cannot turn my computer back into Best Buy becuase they don’t accept trade ins for my specific model, I wonder why. Overall I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism when it came to handling my situation. I need this computer for school and while it does function well it will randomly freeze, the track pad does not work, and it does not connect to the internet at times. This is a barely 2 year old laptop and has no water damage and is well taken care of.

This is for the store located on fullerton imperial and harbor.I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all I bought an electric bike which took me one hour and thirty minutes to put together once I was done it wouldn't turned on since there was a cable that was cut for some reason. I also bought a ps5 and I had to returned it 4 time 2 times in the same day. The last issue I'll mention is that the sellers state that the galaxy s24 ultra phone is covered by the membership when it isn't. I paid 1400 dollars for this phone and my samsung s22 has a better resolution than the s24 ultra. It also has a message that keeps popping up stating "android system keeps stopping" I went back within the 14 day period and the worker that helped me out said to keep and if the problem continues I can return it before 60 days were up since I'm a member and that was a lie. Now the manager doesn't want to take responsibility and says to contact samsung or they can send it out and if they give me a new phone it will be refurbished. I mean I didn't pay for a refurbished phone. Worst company ever. Now I know the reason lots of people are leaving best buy. I will never shop here again.
