This is not a place you want to spend your money. I have never had such a horrible experience than shopping at Best Buy. I am curious how this place stays open. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Run as fast as you can.
Customer service is definitely a priority here. In the final hour just before closing, the associates here were kind enough to let me in right before locking the doors to make a quick purchase of a monitor. I really appreciate their understanding and allowing an exception for me. This truly is a rare experience now a days.
Well after asking for assistance like three times and standing around for like 15 minutes finally got somebody to help me the actual salesman was very very nice very friendly. But the main point of this review is the Cabra that I went to buy was mismarked so I went through all that trouble I’m going all the way to the store and waiting 20 minutes to get help to find out that they had it marked under the wrong price it’s $100 but it turned out to be 400 so not only can you not get help at the store but they just kind of randomly label stuff whatever they want so when you go there double check on the price that’s an hour of my life I’ll never get back
I had a issue with my phone right before closing at Best Buy. Verizon was closed and I need some help with my phone. So I stop in to see if one of the associates at the Verizon counter could help but they couldn't. So I went over to the Greek Squad and ask one of the associates that was helping one else at the time. But he had finished assisting the other customer. I asked for his assistance with my phone he did, and I was very grateful to him for assisting me with the issue with my phone. Thank you Greek Squad for all your help 😊.
The customer service is horrible. Early, I got Amazing customer service from a young man who help me with Coaxial cable. I got a 50 ft but got the wrong size. Came back at 5:55 to bring it back. I got the no customer service guy at the return Register with large dread. First, I walk up & he says nothing, no hello or NOTHING. Explain to him I got the wrong size & I wanted to get the right size. I went got the right size but he started helping another customer, which is fine. I waited & once he came back he run me up & I paid the difference. For a minute I just stood here because I thought he would say Thanks BUT HE DIDN'T. I said Thank You & he said YOU WELCOME, LIKE HE IS DOING ME A FAVOR. WOW THIS IS WHERE WE R IN THESE TIMES!!!!DOING
I probably have a pretty unique review here because I went here on Black Friday, as I was early for an appointment nearby. I browsed for and found a really nice stand-up cabinet type freezer for a shockingly low cost and ended up buying it. The person working in the appliances area was very nice and personable. The minuses for me might be pluses for you, since I guess there ain’t no party like a Best Buy party because a Best Buy party is LOUD. Maybe it stops, I don’t know 🤷♀️ I was surprised at the music being so freaking loud that day but maybe I’m just an old lady. Also a slight minus because it took a while to get someone to help get the freezer to my car, but the person who helped pretty much did it all (I expected to help with the heavy lifting/maneuvering somewhat) so they were great. I know it was probably particularly crazy that day so perhaps on a more normal day of the year, there’s plenty of people able to help right away. Overall given that it was Black Friday I think it was a pretty good visit, my freezer is awesome, and my hearing was already damaged from too much loud music anyway.
I've been at this Best Buy a few times recently. Purchased an airfryer Saturday online and went to pick it up more than 2 hours later. I was told it wasn't ready yet, but three associates were just standing around talking or on their phone. I walked a few feet away and saw at least 9, which I told them I'd just take one of those. I was told I'd have to wait. Then, a new associate sees mine sitting at the front, which I pointed out to him. When I told him I didn't want that box since it was so banged up. He said that was the last one. I promptly told him there were scores just a few feet away. After I got a new one, he had a irritated demeanor. The week before I was also there looking at buying a new MacBook Air. The associate was also less than friendly. The staff need better basic customer service training. It's OK to be nice.
I waited outside for 25 minutes for a curbside order and had to walk in. When I walked in I was told that I was going to have to come in and I’m trying to figure out when anyone was going to notify me of this. Called customer service and was disconnected. Never received a call back even though my number was taken down just in case.
