Worst customer service I've received in my entire life. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They delivered my AirPod Maxes to the wrong address, then waited over a week to send me a replacement because they kept claiming they needed to investigate what happened, despite them having photo evidence that it was the wrong building AND the driver admitting he dropped them off at the wrong location. Once they initiated sending me a replacement, it "got lost", and now Best Buy can't even tell me where it is. Every time I call, each customer service agent gives me different and conflicting information on what's going on with my order. It's been the most bizarre and frustrating experience, and they've made zero effort to fix it. When I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund, they said they'll have their internal team look into it. What is there to look into? They managed to mess up my shipment not once but TWICE. I don't care if they need to investigate their own inadequacies, but don't hold on to my money and my product while doing it. It feels like I'm being scammed at this point. Personally, I'm never shopping at Best Buy again.

These guys will still recycle old electronics. Old wires, chargers, etc. Just no batteries, rechargeable or otherwise. I usually just walk around and scratch my head at the prices however with BB doing away with physical media movies there are some good deals to be had. Good luck to you, best buy. I always enjoy stopping in Best Buy. The Employees there are awesome. You don't have to go looking for help. There's always someone nearby or they don't hesitate coming to you asking if they can help with anything. My answer is always yes please. There always very pleasant to talk with. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Just a great store. Always has been. I bought my laptop there yrs ago. Still up and running.

The last remaining high tech big box store! Still can find virtually anything you need for your home electronics needs. They're always ready to help and there's no sales pressures because they don't work on commission.

Don't order from this store. They use low budget delivery. We ordered 2 items, one was put on fine truck and was delivered. The other item was put on another truck at 12:30 pm, tracking said it would come by 9:00. Never arrived. We got a message that they returned it to the store because we canceled it, which was not true. I think the delivery service just didn't want to deliver it late at night, so they returned it to the store. Customer Service refused to put the order back in to have the item shipped. Terrible experience, will never order from Best Buy again.

Ordered on line a DVD tape on the 12 of this month. Two hour pickup time. Arrived at store unable to locate DVD, individual stated Plymouth has the DVD and would arrive on 12-14. No email no form of communication occurred. I spend today at total of 60 minutes on line text an individual who was unable to answer my question and referred me to another group within the Best Buy organization. Again told I could purchase at a different location. Very very disappointed in the level of service since initially ordering until the cancel the order,

VERY disappointed in Best Buys customer service!! Spent 1000$ on a phone and case and after being pressured but sales associate into buying their screen protector for 50$ (lifetime warranty) they didn't even have any in stock. I had it shipped to my house and was told by Anderson, the sales associate, to bring it in when it arrives and he'd put it on for me. It arrived next day and I went back to Best Buy as Anderson told me to do to have the screen protector applied only to be told upon arrival that Anderson just left and that there is a FEE for putting on the screen protector. Anderson did not inform me of any additional fees to do this, after spending 1000$ in the store for my new phone, case and screen protector you mean to tell me Best Buy has such poor customer service they want to charge me to put the screen protector on. They are charging for EVERYTHING these days and it's NOT OK!!! That purchase is the last purchase I'll ever make with Best Buy and after telling my family of my experience they will not spend their money with Best Buy either. Considering I bought everything, lap tops, phones, TV's even household appliances from this store, Id say that's a HUGE loss of business! Best Buy you are done in my world lol toodles

Excellent location. Very visible from the highway. Has a ton of parking space and has very good staff. The only downside is that sometimes it's hard to find someone to answer your questions especially at peak hours. The Greek squad is knowledgeable. Restrooms sometimes need a bit of cleaning as well.
