Laptop I used for school crashed and so I went here for a new one. Took a minute to get an associate to help me, but that was only because there were so many running around answering customers questions. The first associate I talked to was amazing because I didn’t realize the computer I was looking at would not support the programs I needed to run for my masters work. As I was trying to figure out what to do another associate recognized I was a bit distressed because I wasn’t able to find a computer on the floor within my budget that could. She went above and beyond to find me one within my budget online but sadly they were completely sold out. She told me what the specs were so I could continue my search. You can tell their associates look at for the customers and aren’t just trying to push products. Will be coming back here in the future for my tech purchases!

I am so grateful to the team member who assisted me today with picking up an online order. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I was having a rough day and they brightened it tremendously. I'm so very grateful. I wish I had asked their name so that I could better thank them here. But sadly, I did not. Can’t wait for online shopping to shut these guys down. Best Buy has really gone downhill and this one is one of the worst. Employees are more interested in chatting with one another and drinking coffee on the sales floor than helping customers. One person finally asked if we “found everything okay” to which I said “no, we didn’t”. Rather than dig in and attempt to assist he simply said “ugh” and scurried away. Very disappointed in this brand and in my particular experience. Shame on the leaders on this location!

Awful. It's no wonder Big Box stores are failing. They won't stand behind their products... 15 days for a return on a defective device. I was in the hospital when it went bad. Awful. Awful. Awful. Will stick with Amazon if I'm going to need to wade though red tape at the local Best Buy. See 'ya...

Incompetence at the highest level. Let me preface this by saving I have always had a negative viewpoint of the “Geek Squad”. None the less, I need my laptop repaired and gave them a chance. After paying for a membership (it was cheaper than a diagnostic), I made an initial visit, and set up an appointment for a second visit to drop off the device. I got a call from them several days later stating my device was locked by bitlocker. Of course, these were ALL things I had already told them. I was told on the phone the option to access this would cost me approx $400 more since they had to decrypt the drive. After looking for passcodes and not finding the recovery key, I visited them in person and told them to go ahead and decrypt it; I would pay them the additional money. At this time, they told me they were incapable of doing so. I was talking to the front desk, who would walk behind a curtain and repeat this back and forth. After getting passed around several rounds of the infuriating “telephone” game IN PERSON, they concluded that multiple “dorks” had no answers and they conceded that I was given incorrect information by one of them. All this later, I am down $180, still have a locked device, same issues, and nothing but waiting for this dinosaur of a business to disappear into the ether. I am disgusted at myself for trusting Best buy and giving this outdated business model a chance. Avoid at all costs, there are local businesses and IT folks who will gladly google and troubleshoot your issues away for a fraction of the cost and not hide behind a curtain.

Went in to this location a few weeks ago to get another screen protector because I crack one at least once a month. I was a bit frustrated because of the warranty on mine was still in effect and I had been trying to get a replacement from the manufacturer but they had been consistently out of stock on the website. I met a wonderful friendly associate named Ash who informed me that Best Buy would honor the warranties for the manufacturer and that they could exchange and install there right on the spot. Ash laid it down like a pro dude. No bubbling, no creasing, and even got it to fit within my rugged case that I had been having issues with. Great experience. Will definitely keep coming back.
