Absolutely horrible experience. I walked in looking to buy a brand new 90" TV because the ad price was a little better than most. After stepping in, I immediately walked over to the TV section. No one was around and I walked around until I finally found a guy sitting at a computer. He didn't acknowledge me, so I asked if he worked there. He said yes and I saw some scratch and dent TVs and asked about the prices. He didn't know because some of the stickers were missing. He left to go check and left us standing there 10 min. So, I looked around again and found the NEW TV I wanted. I had to find the floor guy again and he said he had another customer now. I walk up to the front where there was a guy and woman with Best Buy shirts on. I was frustrated at this point and I said to the employees WORD FOR WORD that "I'm drooling all over this TV. Can you get someone to take care of us?" They replied "yes, let me call someone up front." I again waited 5 minutes with the two getting back on their phones and watching videos. I just left and paid more at another place. I'm in sales and was so disgusted with the lack of customer service. No one wonder BB is going down fast. If I ever get a chance to tell anyone how bad of an experience I had I will! I might even make up some things. This place should close immediately.

I have been going to Best buy since the 1990s I always turn to them for my advanced technical needs and technical equipment. They back everything they own with the geek squad which is the brightest idea I've ever heard of any store. Yeah and the prices are good too

"My recent visit to the Best Buy at Gulfview Square Mall in Port Richey left me utterly disappointed. Their phone case selection was abysmal - slim pickings indeed. Mostly overpriced plastic cases with very few brands or options to choose from. This once-great electronics giant feels like a relic, a mere shadow of its former self. Unless the Geek Squad can perform some serious CPR or perhaps an intense infusion of Ivermectin to resuscitate this old girl, it might be time to put her down. The manager in the computer dept was very helpful. Even sent a link to my text with the items we talked about.

We stood around forever looking gorgeous someone to help us. I asked a couple different people if we could get some help. Then one guy told us that they got a truck in and had everyone on it. So we went to leave and I asked the guy at the register why they didn’t have anyone to help on the floor. He said the same thing about the truck. So I asked unloading the truck took priority over customer service and he said YES.

Had to wait 30 mins in line just to return a smartwatch. Then got hit with a $45 restock fee. What are the benefits of my best buy pro membership again? Avoid this location. They only keep 1 register open.
