Best Buy - Electronics store in Bronx - 171 W 230th St Ste 103, USA

Never order delivery from Best Buy - they use a terrible crowd sourced company called Roadie. Roadie tried to deliver a package from Best Buy at midnight when the office was closed and then sent our package back to Best Buy and processed a return without attempting delivery a second time. I tried to contact customer service of both Best Buy and Roadie. Best Buy refused to do anything but offer a refund and would not try to ship a replacement package. They then gave me a link to the Roadie website and told me to figure it out myself. Then Roadie's virtual assistant is the most poorly designed AI bot that will never connect you to a live agent even though it says it will. It will just ask you the same questions 10x over and then send you to the same unhelpful links. They do not have actual customer service agents and will not help you.

Best Buy really needs to train their Geek Squad better. It seems its always a waste of time going to the NYC and neighboring stores when it comes to Open Box items. Wasted another trip to pick up a Yoga 2-in-1 in Excellent Condition. Got there and the thing was missing its box, docs, included case, stylus. Only thing included was AC adapter. Bottom of laptop had sticker residue all over. Manufacture date shows the laptop is 1.42 years old. Thing should be marked Fair, not Excellent. Returned it immediately, didn't even leave the counter!!!

Horrible customer service. The lady in the register/pick up line and very unprofessional and rude with no customer service skills. You ask her a question and her only answer is I don't know. Instead of finding out the info because she works there. Too busy in her phone. The other employees where all gathered in the back deep in non work related conversation. Manager has no control and its ghetto in there

I've never been a fan of the company in general, but this location has truly some of the friendliest and helpful staff I've ever encountered. I just want to thank them for the kind encounters. I will definitely be doing more business here, and maybe you should consider the same!

We had really great experience coming to this Best Buy! Because they just opened it wasn’t crowded and all the associates were ready to help us. Derek - the associate who helped us knew about the discounts that were available and he also helped us to pick color for our new MacBook. They have 13”MacBook Air in stock (no other Best Buy in NYC had it in stock at the time we were looking for it). Btw the geek squad here is fantastic. Nicolette and Katherine were top notch. These girls knew exactly what to do when we walked in with our old MacBook. This is definitely our new favorite Best Buy to go to!

Horrible !!!!!!! Got a tv installed on my wall .. he knew the walls I had He did a horrible job screws was coming out of the tv holder I immediately called Best Buy they sent him over with a female and he wanted to do things better I’m front of her I guess and took it off the wall and installed it on the other side of my wall he had a huge attitude and told me that me and him had a agreement for what I don’t know now I have holes in my walls and he damaged it I told Best Buy still after five months later told me there’s nothing they can do !! Because I don’t own a house for them to give me a check to fix it!!!! Don’t ever have them go to ur apartment I can’t believe no type of refund nothing horrible job Aron!!!! I will never recommend anyone to have them do it .. he did a fast job so he can leave …
