Best Buy - Electronics store in Vacaville - 1621 E Monte Vista Ave Ste A, USA

I stopped in to checkout a Yamaha AV Receiver and managed to leave with a priced matched YHT-5960UBL 5.1 System and paired it with two Sony SSCS3 3-way floor reference speakers! Absolutely sounds incredible and was so truly effortless working with the best buy team and the manager working at the time. I stopped by a may 9th around 11:30 and left at 11:50 - they even assisted in loading my system in the bed of my truck. Such a great time to stop by. Everyone was kind, courteous and generous and didn’t scold me for asking too many questions. 11/10 will come back again.

Their third-party installation experts are some of the most talented and professional teams that I've seen. I'm very pleased with both products and service.

They never have stock lol. I’ve lived here for 4 years and haven’t had a successful trip picking up what I wanted. I went in for an Apple Watch Ultra… out of stock. Went in another time for a camera… out of stock. Came back a few weeks later for the same camera and you guessed it.. out of stock. Their employee told me they haven’t had the Sony camera I wanted in stock the entire time he has worked there lol and yes it’s a camera they sell. I went in today for a camera lens.. out of stock. I also was in for a new camera lens filter and it was out of stock. If you want a TV or an oven you’re in luck they have stock. If you want anything else you’re out of luck.

Recently ordered an in car stereo for car. Scheduled the appointment two weeks out. Two days before the scheduled appt. I got a reminder notification, and several hours later, my appointment was canceled. Called the number on the email, and the individual could not answer why it was canceled. Taking my business elsewhere since apparently Best Buy does not want my money. Response to Jason below. I don't have social media. Also found out that since placing the order, I have had over $1000 charge to my card in varying amounts by Best Buy. This was for a total purchase of $660. People be warned and check you credit cards frequently after shopping at Best Buy.

Pretty good products. Good customer service. However this particular store didn't seem to be stocked very well. There were a lot of displays that didn't have any product, and seem to be outdated. I don't know if they were in the middle of remodeling or what. I'll still shop Best buy. Got to keep the local guys going. Especially good ones like these.

Best customer service ever! I love this Best Buy. Every time I go in they are ready to help and do there job. They know what they’re talking about and if they don’t, they direct you to the right person. Great store, well managed!

Almost no selection of computer monitors, mostly just the "all-in-one" options. Overall, there is not much selection of anything....staff is unhelpful and definitely not attentive to customers' potential needs. Wish I could blame it on just being busy, but no, almost no customers, period. I will never visit this location again, and I predict it'll be either closed down or turned into another "discount " version like they did to the Fairfield Best Buy within a few short years.
