I am in my sixties so trying to find phones, laptops, et. And get treated with the same respect you would allow a person you just met is oftentimes difficult. The person that waited on me was fantastic. I got some education and was treated with respect. He said he had worked for Best Buy for over 20 years.
We purchased a new TV and Sound Bar from Costco this past weekend and ended up taking both back the next day. Then we went to Best Buy to correct the error of our ways. The young man who advised us on TV options was quite knowledgeable. He did a good job of explaining our options and the various price points. He gets 5 stars. Best Buy also gets five stars because they had the product in stock, compatitively priced and they help us load the 65 TV we purchased into our vehicle. We also purchased a Sonos sound bar because we were able to hear all of it's competitors and their product was clearly worth the high cost. Bottom line is, we are very happy with our Best Buy purchases because we were able to make all the necessary comparisons all in one place.
Nice store, except the mens restroom looks like it has not been clean for some time.
It is also hard to get assistance from someone. I think the employee goes and hides.
But I truly believe they "Best Buy" are not hiring people either. They, just like the fast food stores, do not want to pay $16+ for rookies
Worst best buy I've ever been to. No associates knew where anything was. Some actually said find someone else to help you. Their check out lines was closed and making everyone checkout at customer service and dtand in line with others returning products.
No wonder everyone goes to Amazon now.
The worst customer service and I can barely get a hold of them on the phone. At some point I waited 30 minutes and no one picked up.
Installed a radio in my Jeep. Great service going back to have a camera installed.

Complete idiots, you see there is an error (my fault) but WHY would i mean for myself and myself to pickup my order. It would be VERY CLEAR that MY WIFE can pickup my order when she is showing every email, every other document you needed.
At least I changed the pickup person just for her to have to go back. Waste of time and gas for this store, I'll stick to other locations that handle customers better.
I'm always pleased when visiting the Greenwood store. I had to have my vehicle sound system tweaked. Nick is the BEST !!
