We went in to see if we could exchange our I-braava mop because it stopped working. We bought it a year ago with warranty. A few years ago we had something like this happen and we went in to the store and they gave us a card with the money back to buy another product.We talked with a manager there and he said the only thing we could do was send it for repair.He didn’t have a name tag on him. He said his name is Rich. But we don’t know if that is actually true because of the way he acted.We have had 2 of these and they both broke the same way. When we talked to him he was very rude and very raciest with my family. Workers had told us he spoke Spanish and when we asked him he didn’t want to speak to us in Spanish he said he only knew English. He was very unprofessional.
I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I experienced today. I never thought I would have to write this type of review on a store I love, make purchases, and former employee. The lack of responsiveness and apparent disregard for customer loyalty has been disheartening. I was purchasing an adapter to connect my Macbook to an external screen. I informed the sales associate what I was looking for and he explained several different devices and prices. I told him I would take the more cost-efficient one, but when I checked out, I was informed it was the wrong price. I informed the cashier of the price and asked the sales associate to inform her of what the price was listed for. Once he figured that he had given me the wrong price, he stated that the price could not be changed. I asked the store manager to assist and explained my concern about the incorrect price. He had the sales associate bring him the merchandise with the price listed incorrectly. He was rude and refused to adjust the price when an associate misplaced the items on the incorrect peg. I certainly hope that the service improves and a more customer-centric approach in the future.

I give two stars because they don't sell car stereos but I should have checked to see if they had a restroom and a water fountain I sure hope they have them stars
Terrible, is the best way, that I can describe it; Lizzy was nothing more than a continued bunch of excuse, after excuses! I went in there to have price match fixed from Beaumont TX store purchase. She had the worst attitude, blaming corporate, and frequant changes in policies; her customer service skills, are worst than dealing with a 16 year old at a fast food restaurant! I have never dealt with such disrespect, and lack of professional, in 50 years of living. I will not be going to Best Buy, ever again. Lizzy, please never call me on my cell phone ever again!
I was looking to upgrade my mother to a new phone. Since my mother is legally blind with other physical disabilities, she has to see the models in person to accommodate her, which is why we went in person in the first place. After 15 minutes nobody greeted or even offered to assit us so we starting looking at phones ourselves. My visually impaired mother held up the phone to look at the screen with her Magnifying glass which then set off the alarm on the cell phone, which was set off solely due to the lack of communication from employees and no signage indicating otherwise. I'm presuming a manager, due to her having a key to shut off the alarms, came up and met us with an immediate attitude. She said there was no reason to hold the phones when we can just simply look at it, and our explanations fell on deaf ears when she rolled her eyes and chatted up a passing employee about matters unrelated to work. We tried once again to explain ourselves and once we were met with lip we immediately grab our purses and left. I just got a credit card with this company and was willing to drop 2k if needed for my mother, but now I will be canceling it and taking my money elsewhere.
I am writing this review to thank and commend Dani at the Best Buy store in Port Arthur, Texas. Her care and consideration for my 91 year old mother who was buying a sound enhanced cell phone went above and beyond usual customer service. Her clear, comprehensive yet simple instructions on switching to the new phone were outstanding. Thank you again Dani!!! You model excellence in tech sales associates customer service.
Just ran in to grab a hard drive. The store changes frequently and help at times is hard to find. Great idea to sell CPUs but will they be able to sell them three months from now to stay current.
Highly recommend! High quality hookah flavors. Huge selections of different flavor puff bars. Customer service is top notch! They have all the essentials while also providing goodies youâve never knew you needed. Best prices in the city by far!

The waitress was sweet and nice and respectful free Jello shots and free drink on your birthday and it was real nice even though the crowd was a little younger but they played my music back in my day class of 98
I just finished shopping here with my mama and grandma. This grocery store has great customer service. We had the pleasure of being serviced by Tim, Jayden, a short caucasian lady that was by the fruit and vegetables (I'm sorry I don't know her name,
