Best experience at a best buy. Great employees and a great system they have. Couldn't find any good tempered glass online so I called all the t mobile stores in a 20 mile radius and none of them had the tempered glass for the Google.pixel 7a. Call a bunch of targets, not bad them. Went online and put in my zip code and found it right away. And it was on sale. Received an email within 10 minutes of the purchase To come get it. Got there, scanned my phone and asked if they Installed them too. The lady was very helpful and told me to go stand somewhere. A nice young man came out and said yes it's $7.99. I gave him $10 and called it a day. You know you can't go a day in any type of manual labor jobs where you have to clock in and clock out without something co wrong the screen and a otter box case. Highly recommended store. Would encourage anyone to do the order/pick up thing I did online at that store. I came from long beach but I was grateful for how fluent and fast they were. I was in and out in 5 minutes and was so happy because I needed to be to work early the next morning. I'll stop rambling. Awesome store and awesome customer service.

Greatest Best Buy Ever! I usually come here to get most of my devices like for example; I’ve gotten my laptop here around memorial day 2022, and currently this year bought an apple watch too! Then I had technology issues with my laptop, it completely wasn't turning on, just the fan working high speed! I was recommended by the front guy to check out geek squad, LITERALLY LIFE SAVING computer back to working with no issues after!!! I feel bad I can’t remember the guys name, but I know he had glasses and was there on a Tuesday evening, Just literally thank you so much, to him and best buy! #reallyappreciate the helps!!! :3

Geek Squad is a great support group. My computer was hacked. They harmed my computer so I couldn’t use it. Greek squad repaired my computer and optimized the performance.

Great customer service. Went in to replace screen protector since got the warranty on it. Also got a new find Jurassic World Allosaurus Action figure. Great place nice and clean.

Prices are a bit high here but you get a refund policy open box items work depending what you get again open box buy at your own risk. Great selection of items and no one forcing you to buy.
