Tom Schultz in the home theater department was excellent at advising, did not pressure sell at all, and was prompt and honest throughout the entire buying process from start to finish. I was thinking of purchasing through Amazon, but I'm certainly glad I went through Best Buy, as I ended up getting a much better deal, AND installation was included on the item, which saved me from hours of frustrating work that I may not do correctly myself the first time. Very pleased, would recommend to anyone.

Staff was nice and helpful. I spent hours here as a kid since my big brother has always loved best buy. So I look my little ones to look around and to pick out a new controller. It was a great visit to walk around for a bit with the family and finding everything was super easy. Overall best buy is always a fun stop.

This may be the best staffed Best Buy I've ever been in. Approached by a very helpful associate, Abby, almost immediately. Helped me sort through options as I had not decided on a monitor before visiting. Walked me up front, carrying the monitor, checked me out, and retrieved an online order I had placed as well. Almost like concierge service! Very impressed.

Needing a new TV. Went to Best Buy in Panama City. Had GE for an assistant and couldn’t have had a better associate helping me today. Very knowledgeable,and a very nice personality that I enjoyed dealing with. He didn’t try to push anything and answered all questions I had on the products I was interested in. Had a good selection of merchandise in the price range I was looking for plus others that I became interested in after learning about them. Go there & see GE if you’re looking for a TV. I will be back to buy one soon

I had such a nice experience thanks to Tom. Tom was extremely kind and fun to talk to. Not only that, he is very knowledgeable about their products. He showed me about CoPilot and I was blown away by what it could do. We even struck up a conversation about our careers and our life thus far. Thank you to Tom for being so cool.

I had excellent service at Best Buy today. Sebastian was great helping me find what I needed. He was also so polite, personable, and professional. If you want great help there... ask for Sebastian. I know I will!

Dylan installed a car stereo and back up camera into my wife's car. He did a fantastic job. Young man done a excellent job of explaining and showing her all the features and made sure it was all working properly.

I had the worst customer service today. I tried signing up for the progressive financing and after giving all my information, I was told to wait 30 days for approval which never happened before. This was done pretty close to closing time and because of an urge to leave the staff personnel decided to rush a rather long process by giving false information then told me to come back the next day to see what happened.
