Update: 08/31/2024 Negatives 6 stars The refrigerator FINALLY showed up!!!!!! But WITHOUT a call that they are coming, no surprise.I asked about the compensation and they said there wasn’t any, so BestBuy likes to give empty promises for over 2 MONTHS of waiting and told there was compensation. Hopefully no one has to deal with this kind of poor management and accountability. Worst experience!!!! 08/23/2024 Negative 4 stars No call / no show Just shows that why could care less, they didn’t even bother to call and explain why but they did take the time to reschedule for the 10th time lmfao. We will see once again but just expect another review on 08/31 The department I just called also hung up on me and did not attempt to call back the number I provided and have been waiting for their call back 08/09/2024 Negative two star rating: Well, Well, Well BestBuy has not delivered my replacement refrigerator as told last week. But they did email me saying if I would still want the replacement, but will be gladly to cancel it if needed. They did not bother contacting me about if they are coming today or not, because that’s not important to them. They are just glad I got a defective refrigerator and will direct in an endless loop and NO COMPENSATION has been issued. 08/01/2024 BestBuy DID NOT contact me if they were coming or not today with the replacement refrigerator (no surprise ). This is the 8TH time and definitely not the last time. They DID NOT even contact me for a reschedule. Nothing was resolved and it keeps being ignored with no accountability. Ordered a LG refrigerator around late May 2024. I received it with damages and one of the doors does not close properly. Best Buy said they will replace and we schedule accordingly. This has been the 7-8 time the refrigerator has been rescheduled for delivery (next one is 08/01/2024 with 100% reschedule I assume). Only communication I get is an email saying the next schedule delivery. No call / no show / no updates, which waste my time since BestBuy requires someone to be home from 7am-7pm and I am using MY TIME and affects MY INCOME since I have to fill a leave request at my job. I have LIMITED PTO and to use it on this is upsetting. All the departments just transfer me to another department that “specializes” in that problem. I even go to the store to explain my issue and all the managers just push me off to one another and say “I never seen/heard of this before” . I’m at the point where I don’t want the refrigerator but BestBuy won’t even pick up it.

I've never had a bad experience here. Can't say I've had a good one either. Seems like they would have prices lower than competitors. But not really. They do still price match so there's that. I kinda feel like they may go the way of circuit city in the next 5 years. But hey, I thought Toys R Us was gonna be here still.

Don't usually go to this one but from the time I walked in till I left I felt like I was treated good and offered help by at least 3 people

Is it me or does it seem like Best Buy if full of car salesman? You walk in the door and are immediately bombarded with people asking if they can help you at every corner. looking at the phone charges, can I help you? head to the video games section, sir you finding everything alright? head to the computer section thinking I got away, the first guy back again, Are you doing okay? walked past another associate thinking here we go again.... She keeps going... Cool. Heading out the door caught too more and I had to ignore them. I was there maybe 10 to 15 minutes and I had to leave asap couldn't focus on my shopping.

We bought all of our appliances from Best Buy when we built our new house. In less than a year, both the dishwasher and stove have had major issues. They talked me into signing up for Total Tech and sold it as though it would cover any issues within 2 years. Turns out, there’s all sorts of hidden service fees to even get them out. And when they do come out, they’re extremely rude and not helpful at all. Majorly regret shopping at Best Buy and looking forward to toasting a glass when they eventually go out of business.

Waited 45 minutes at the Geek Squad counter while ONE EMPLOYEE on a Saturday morning was consumed with a single customer. The employee looked 17 years old with purple hair and a nose ring. Try hiring more people that present a professional, efficient appearance. Got tired of waiting and left.

Terrible experience. In a near empty store there were almost no people on the floor. Searched and found a person who said that he would get somebody to open a case so I could get an item and check out and that it would be just a minute. 30 minutes later after just standing at a case I just left the store and called to file a complaint which took 30 minutes to get off hold to be transferred which took another 15 minutes for it to be the wrong department and transferred again. Update: Got a call from the assistant manager who was very helpful and I went in and was able to get everything I needed quick and easy. And made up for that experience.
