I went to this Best Buy to get an Acer computer monitor. I had researched it and found the lowest price at Best Buy, and this store had them in stock. Being an old lady, I'm never quite sure what to expect at any store, but I was very happy with this shopping experience. When I entered the store, the greeter politely asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he told me how to get there. Then he asked if I would need help and I said Yes. He said it might be a few minutes, and paged for help in that area. When I got to the monitor area, the associate was waiting on another customer, but he immediately acknowledged me. As soon as he finished, he came and helped me. He was very knowledgeable and kind, and answered all my questions so I could understand. And he carried my purchases out to my car. Excellent service! I'm so glad I went there. However, I'm very sorry I didn't get his name. Anyway, they're now on my "Good Stores to go to" list! Thank you, Best Buy!

It takes some effort to get past the general best buy feeling of a visit to the DMV or used car lot where you sorta count on the fact that you're gonna some how get screwed. But, I did and was hoping for the best. After three visits, two different locations, one purchase/refund in the end I still did not leave with the item I needed. -I had to ask for help, after which it took a long time to get anybody. While many employees stood around a counter talking amongst themselves seemingly having a good time. - the associate that eventually showed up didn't seem too interested selling products. Not the product I wanted or any other similar products. -would not honor the original sale price. -would not price match according to their policy -no solutions given -no drive to make things right. As a retail associate myself, I tried to look past things just to get what I was after and be on my way but, unfortunately it didn't pan out that way. With all that said, Kudos to Boon at Denver West, Jacob and Rachel in Westminster for doing their best within the system they work.

This has to be the most prejudice store I have ever been in. Mark the manager stated that he could not be bothered to help us to buy a laptop even though we asked for help 40 minutes before close. It could have been because we were the ONLY females in this store at the time and there was just a bunch of male clowns joking around. Stay away spend your money elsewhere were you're valued.

Shane (the store manager) and Leslie were both extremely helpful ! I was having a little problem when picking up my order and Shane took the time to help me with my Best Buy app and fixed the problem. He was also extremely nice with my son when he asked for additional toys, Shane brought him a variety of toys for him to look at! He was ALWAYS smiling and happy to help!! My son was happy and repeatedly stated that Shane was nice and helpful ! Thank you Shane and Leslie for providing excellent customer service !

This particular best buy store has decided to farm out their calls overseas. I tried calling to ask if they had something in stock. Their automated system WOULD NOT allow me to talk to someone ACTUALLY in the store. All options led to a noisy call center... who didn't even know what a PS4 controller is. And said it was impossible to speak to someone in the store, and this stores calls ALL went to them. I tried pressing "0" and the system said that ws invalid and then hung up on me. If you don't want business, just put up a "closed" sign. Don't make your customers fly around a call string just to never get their question answered. Guess I'll go elsewhere. Terrible customer service. My call could have been answered by a store employee in 30 seconds.

Worst customer experience I’ve had. And actually, this isn’t on the folks at this location. They have actually been very nice to work with. But Best Buy corporate is HOT GARBAGE. Story Time: I went to this location to purchase a new big screen tv for our living room. The associate was very helpful. He lined up a tv and a mount for me. I paid and setup the delivery and installation. The day before the delivery/install, they texted me and said that the TV couldn’t be installed because the mount was invalid. Yes, shame on me for not verifying, but FFS, the associate at the store picked it out. Why the hell did he pick out the wrong mount!?!? Anyways, they couldn’t just swap it out, which is what I asked them. They sent me a link to purchase the correct mount online. But if I bought the mount online, it wouldn’t be here in time for the tv delivery and installation. So, I made a special/second trip down to Best Buy to buy the correct mount so that it would be here when they delivered the TV and ready for installation the next day. But, the next day, they never arrived. Gave me a 12 hour window (7am-7pm) and never showed. Then they rescheduled the delivery/install for the next day. Guess what? Another 12 hour window and they never showed. Now they are saying they don’t even have the TV…so now I have paid for a TV, 2 Mounts, and still have nothing… Every person I talk to says something different. No one knows what’s going on. I was pretty annoyed at first, and if I’m being honest, I still am. But at this point, it’s almost comical…

Absolutely phenomenal customer service, Kevin helped me today when I had a serious time, crunch, and very few options. He went above and beyond to be kind, helpful, and not only exhibit exceptional customer service, but empathy and reliability. I will definitely recommend the geek squad at this Best Buy. It appears they choose their employees on their ability to think realistically, critically, and and how to really put the customer first. Thanks again Kevin! You made a difference in my day for the better!

Buyer beware: terrible return policies. I had very little reason to shop at Best Buy other than diversifying where I spent my money so as not to give Amazon a larger share of my consumerism, however, with a pathetic 2 week return policy on a simple, unopened phone case and screen protector, you'll be better off spending your money at Target or Amazon who have much more generous return policies. The manager refused to give me a standard return and insisted on store credit despite being only 4 weeks out from my purchase date, which is within an acceptable return window for any other big store. Bye bye Best Buy.

Freshest and best tasting bowl I've ever eaten in my entire life. Most poke places sacrifice on the quality of the fish to save money, but not this place. You can totally taste the difference. The staff was friendly as well.
