We arrived at night time. Immediately we got great customer service. He even upgraded us to a king size bed which we thought was awesome. Checking in and out went super smoothly. Room was very clean. Ac worked great. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family ♥.
Terrible accommodations, ac / fridge were unplugged when we got there, room smells. king size bed squeaks, and to add on top of it, if you are ONE MINUTE late after check out at 11 am, they keep the $100 deposit. This if for sure “you get what you paid for” type of hotel. I do not advise coming here. Spend a few more bucks and get anything better. They will raise their voices at you when trying to explain things so that doesn’t help the situation either. Honestly save yourself the trouble whoever reads this.
Big NO NO! They stole my paycheck which I had accidentally left inside the room after requesting a new room due to lack of hot water. Perhaps it was my mistake for forgetting it amid chaos in the first place, but they still had the audacity to deny that they took it when I know for certain that yes in certainly left it inside the room. The tv remote controller was not working so I demanded another room with a non-working AC and a mini bathroom pool as the toilet was leaking way too much water. In addition, I had paid for one extra night which he did not want to reimburse as I wanted to leave. Moreover, some crazy movie stuff had to happen at 2:00am as one of the guest's car almost got towed which is when things got violent. No security whatsoever so you are not safe here while you sleep either. Neither you nor your wallet will survive if you come to this place. Big NO NO!
I had a horrifying experience at this motel. During a bike ride from Hollywood to Huntington Beach, part of my bike’s wheel fell apart. Desperate, I booked the nearest, cheapest motel on Booking.com: Best Budget Inn. I made a reservation (it was automatically for 2 people) and paid online using my credit card. I walked with my bike to the motel right after booking.||Upon arrival, the front desk lady immediately informed me that bikes weren’t allowed in the motel, pointing to a rule on the window. After I explained my situation, she seemed sweet and let me bring my bike to the room but demanded a $100 cash deposit. I saw the credit card machine and was ready to give my credit card, but she asked for cash, saying the security deposit was cash only. I had no choice and gave her $100 in cash.||In my room, I connected with my friend, who was able to come to the motel and fix my bike. He also suggested bringing a good friend of his who works at a bike shop and knows how to fix everything. I informed the front desk that two people would be visiting, and she approved. My friends arrived, spent approximately 40 minutes fixing the bike, and left. Later that night, a food delivery guy brought my order to my room.||The next morning, when I was checking out, the front desk lady refused to return my $100, claiming I had too many visitors. That was shocking! She even included a random man in a wheelchair who tried to enter my room at 4 a.m. WHAT AN ABSURDITY! Her attitude turned rude and aggressive, and she invited the other guy (I believe her husband) to help kick me out. I told them I was going to stay right there and called Booking.com Customer Support and told them about the entire situation.||Meanwhile, during my call, another guy went to check out. And guess what? She didn’t give him his $100 either, telling him that he destroyed the bed sheets, which he denied, saying the sheets were already in bad condition. They started screaming at each other, and at some point, I realized that the guy was walking to his car. The front desk man rushed out and followed him with a few oranges in his hands. Can you imagine what he did? He threw the oranges at the guy’s car, very hard! The guy left his car, and they started loudly arguing. The motel manager was extremely rude to him, literally threatening to beat him up. Finally, the guy returned to his car and just left. At some point, I had to interrupt my conversation with the Booking.com agent to make a video of this fight, and I caught a little piece of it, which I am going to tag to this review.||Long story short, the Booking.com agent tried to call the motel right away and spoke to these people about my case, but there was no result. The lady lied, saying I had four people in my room when the room was booked only for 1 person, which was against the rules, and the agent could not do anything at that point. I had to leave the motel, literally ripped off.||A couple of days later, I contacted Booking.com again, requesting a $100 refund back to my credit card from the original payment, but they refused. Additionally, I was unable to post my review about this experience on their website. The review I submitted was not approved for publishing, which seemed very suspicious. The Booking.com agents were very disappointing and appeared uninterested in helping resolve the issue with the motel.||In conclusion, I need to say that this motel is a complete disaster! The front desk people who manage it are CRIMINALS, exploiting and tricking innocent guests. Authorities need to investigate and stop their illegal activities!||I absolutely recommend staying away from this motel! And in case you have a situation similar to mine and want to report your incident to some authorities, feel free to use my review as an example of the illegal activities of the motel front desk staff.
I checked in last July 30 for one night. The guy on the front desk asked me for $100 CASH security deposit and said its REFUNDABLE. I dont have much cash on that day so i asked him if they accept debit card. He said Yes and its refundable depending on my bank. And its almost 5 days now i still dint have my refund. I called them. The lady told me its NON REFUNDABLE nbecause i used my debit card. And she's very rude she even blocked my number.
This is the worst experience that I ever had with these people! They are very rude and dishonest. Especially the woman after I paid for the room and deposit I wanted to get some ice and the machine was broken when I saw the room I didn't like it looked very old and the blankets were dirty so I came back and asked her for my money because I didn't like the room and she refused it and stole my money in my face, I called the police but they never came so I lost my money and my time. I don't recommend it at all. 👎👎👎👎
Positive: The location Negative: The staff was rude And did not give my deposit back because someone pulled up in the driveway to pick my niece up. They claimed that no visitors was allowed. She wasn't visiting she was just picking my niece up to give her a ride to her appointment.
I didn't expect to come rolling through this motel. But i'm glad i did because it's the most cleanest nicest and quiet motel all at a reasonable price. And they make you feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants the comfort of a home and a nice bed to sleep in. Thank you. Best budget inn, I hope to see you soon
Coach Ken and coach Alison are amazing. They make it feel like your second home. It is so welcoming and the vibes there are great. All the students there are like family. The coaches there are extremely patient and willing to teach without hesitation
I was in town for a conference and did a drop in. The instructor (Josh) did a great job of educating and walking us through the movements. We did a dedicated strength day and worked on our deadlift form which was much needed. I really appreciated the
